Adam followed, therefore was deceived also, Was he not?
No. 1 Tim :14 And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman who was deceived and fell into transgression.

You shared scripture all pertaining to Christ's Deity without comment. What am I meant to think after someone else accused me of denying Christ's Deity?

Don't make assumptions people will understand your meaning if you don't explain yourself. :)
“But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.”

Sure sure it’s not those old fingers
The Son was always a union of Deity and Soul! He was before all things.

Many are confused to think God did not have a soul in Jesus until the Incarnation.
Not so! The OT has Scripture revealing the union of Soul and Deity long before the Incarnation.

Here are a few samples of OT Scripture revealing the eternal dual natures of the Lord God of Israel! Deity and Soul!

And they began to remove the foreign gods from their midst and to serve Jehovah,
so that his soul became impatient because of the trouble of Israel. Judges 10:16
Jehovah himself examines the righteous one as well as the wicked one,
and anyone loving violence his soul certainly hates." Ps 11:5
“Bring no more futile sacrifices; Incense is an abomination to Me. The New Moons,
the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies— I cannot endure iniquity and the sacred
meeting. Your New Moons and your appointed feasts My soul hates; They are a trouble
to Me, I am weary of bearing them.. Isa 1:13-14
'You will eat the old supply and clear out the old because of the new.
Moreover, I will make My dwelling among you, and My soul will not
reject you. I will also walk among you and be your God, and you shall
be My people." Lev 26:10-12

Doesn't shout out at you, does it? It requires hours of study and the Holy Spirit working
in you to see what had been written all along!

That soul of Jehovah we see in the OT, is the very soul that entered the perfect body that
God provided by means of the ovum (seed) of Mary! (Genesis 3:15)

There is hope when there are minds that do not close tightly...

grace and peace!
“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”
‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last. Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heavens: when I call unto them, they stand up together.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭48:12-13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. …..I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭22:12-13, 16‬ ‭

“and in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; and his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭1:13-18‬ ‭

The question often not asked? How could he be an uncreated soul? To be eternal he could not be created.
The Nicene fathers understood... Begotten, not created...But, they never explained how they knew that.

No. 1 Tim :14 And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman who was deceived and fell into transgression.
Therefore, are you saying Adam never ate also. To eat also, is being deceived also. I understand what that scripture states
Yes, Eve sinned first, yes deceived first. Adam as context reveals was not deceived first. It does not say he was not in doubt after she ate. He was and then ate.
he was right there with her, when she ate, she ate and handed him some to eat, as he was right there with her. Read Genesis about her eating and Adam right there with her.
he saw her eat and not die. Put you in Adams place then and there and hear from God, not self and other peoples misinterpretations of scripture. The same as the first chosen did and could not enter, because of unbelief, doing their own understanding of the Ten Commandments. When the greatest of all ten is love above it all, to God first, then everything else falls into place. That is what I see presently.
unbelief is what started this mess,, here on earth, still going on today, no one, not many resting in the done work of God for them done by Son, .those, resting get accused by religious people to not believe not doing as told to do. You do not do as I think you better, really?
‘when God calls us all to believe God and Son as won for you only, then the next one enters his rest for them also, Hebrews 4
Adam ate also, after Eve ate first, did he not? It is said he did in Genesis

Well I don’t know I’ve never thought he was an uncreated soul

i believe it’s God who dwells in heaven and saw that there was no worthy man on earth to intercede for us so he came in the flesh to become our high priest and now we have a man at the right hand of Gods glory in heaven a high priest and intercessor forever

He created in himself a perfect intercessor to save man

truth

The
Reconciliation
Under
The
Heavens

to me I see this, Father saw our unbelief and error(s). God required perfection. no one could do it. Seeing that throughout the First Testament.
Son Jesus, not known then said to Father, I see you have to choose, and you wish desire for no one to die. Therefore let me go there to earth as perfect and let me be the perfect sacrifice for you, to cleanse the deck of sin as if no one has ever sinned, Col 1, 2. I trust you Father to raise me from the dead to save all that will choose to believe I am risen, By you , for new life to begin in each that believe I did it for them in praise and thanksgiving seeing Psalm 103:12 fulfilled by me for them to get given new nd for each to see to cede, stop doing there own sellf work(s) to get in since no-one can.
let the new begin, Hebrews 7:11-12 Son is risen. Love all in the same mercy and truth of son given on that cross.
it has begun and continues to begin new as each person chooses to believe God over all the misinterpretations of man flesh still going on, not believing that All sin got taken away in Son< everything but unbelief to this truth, thank you
bottom line y’all “ God just loves us all, otherwise why would God in Son have ever gone to that cross willingly?

Philippians 2:6-8 might be better understood exegeted with Greek tenses revealed as the following.

6~~Who {Christ}, though He eternally existed in the essence of God,
He did not think equalities {plural} with God a gain to be seized {means to violently take}
and held {so that the Father's plan would not be neutralized}.
7~~But He Himself {Christ} deprived Himself of the proper function of deity
when He had received the 'inner essence'/form of a servant/slave
although He had been born in the outward likeness/image of mankind.
8~~In fact, although having been discovered in outward appearance as a man,
He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of {spiritual} death . . .
that is, the death of the cross.

Scripture simply plainly states Adam was not deceived.

He ate also, not because he was deceived, but sinning willfully.

Eve was naïve and dumb.
Adam understood.

Can we say that? ;)

It's fine but you should have explained yourself as to why you were posting what you did. Within the context of the discussion you appeared to be thinking that I considered Christ somehow "lost His Deity" during the Incarnation as the other poster did.

It's all good. I assure you, I believe the Lord Jesus Christ is always being God eternally. :)

How about we say Eve was naive and ignorant. She had not been around as long as Adam and didn't have as much reference material to draw on for good decision making.

I don't believe she was dumb in the sense of intellectually sub par. We can all "appear" dumb if we don't have enough information. :)

Okay,
Scripture simply plainly states Adam was not deceived.

He ate also, not because he was deceived, but sinning willfully.
‘okay, I can fathom that. However that be, God brought us all back by Son to stand in belief for us, in thanksgiving and praise, all sin taken out of the way as far as the east is from the west
prophesy fulfilled Psalm 103:12, 100:4 amazing grace. There is nothing anyone can do more or less to ever change this love and mercy given us through Son. At least me.

all that is left is unbelief to belief to not willingly desire to sin again. To learn new in trust and watch self get peeled like an onion, which brings tears, yet once peeled the center is a sweet smelling savor
God, carrying on the work, God starts in each person that turns to Godwin belief to God, learns and grows mature, as not everyone is as ripe as others
looking at a orange tree. The fruit has gotten produced on the branch. Some are ripe, some are not ripe yet. Are both the ones ripe and not ripe. Are they both perfect? Why yes, on the way to maturity, that God carries out.
‘I used to. wonder why, God was not beating me up. I knew I deserved to get beaten up, as a teenager way back then. Religion assuredly was Beating me up. God revealed Romans 2:1-4 to me, I stopped judging anyone. I also asked God to take away others free will, that I saw harming others. God replied, if I do that, then I would have to take away yours too. I replied I now get it, thank you. Then I learned to stay away and out of certain things I then saw as not good for me. And see to do right by God and not be a push over either.
67 now. God loves us all, which is truth beyond measure, so deeply. That is what got me out from under Law, to upholding Law

God created both Adam and Eve on day six.
