There are some [something] that we can see crossing the sky,

I would not recommend assuming-without-proof just exactly what they are... ;)
see, here is the thing- just because the government lies about a lot of things, that does NOT mean they lie about everything..

oh, i am very awake.

awake enough to know that when someone is trying to fool and con someone else, the person running the con can't lie about everything all the time, the other person will eventually catch on.

but, if they mix truth and lies, they can keep other the deceived..

this is how the gov. controls the masses- mixing truth and lies, and keeping them deceived and divided...

I sometimes ask myself that too, but not sure how to verify it. There are some satellites that we can see crossing the sky, so I think those particular ones can't be much higher than a jet that's visible with the naked eye. Unless they are incredibly large or lit like a star, I don't know how I can see that far. At the same time, it's hard to know without multiple reliable sources that are trustworthy or verifiable, about the distance from the earth the others are. Fuel capacity would be one limiting factor.
To be honest, I'm slowly doubting the whole satellite thing, I'm starting to lean towards maybe bouncing signals off the glass sky (ionized layer, if you want to call it that), for "satellite television". I'm not saying this as a factual statement, but we do know that local t.v. stations use antennas. Well, at least I believe this is true.

I do remember hearing about a company that spent a fortune on a private wireless communication system, between two office locations. What ended up happening was it was deemed unreliable, due to some weather conditions.

This is just me guessing right now, but to me, this is far more likely way of getting satelite t.v..

Big satelite transmitter to small satelite receiver. I remember a story of someone picking up a radio station from a distant European country, that was broadcasted by a different European country. Some speculated, that is bounced of the sky, and came down.

As far as all those rockets you see, that are reported as a new satelite system, maybe it's just a cover story for new rocket technology for the military. It sure would be a great way to silence the general public.

Based on what I have read/seen/etc. - the size of "satellites" range between a VW Beatle and a school bus.

What is the likelihood that they could be seen at 22,000+ miles away?

Actually I think Elon's working on something the size of a Tesla Truck. They put it through all kinds of tests.
This is probably what we're seeing.

I have short wave radios that receive radio signals bounced off the ionosphere. You can pick up stations from Europe with the right antenna.

When those 5G satellites went up by the thousands a few years ago, I would be dumb to not assume that gt contracts weren't involved. Poor folks in Lahaina were zapped by the death rays from above. One of their primary bases for that was the island of Maui.

That's amazing about picking up stations from Europe. Who knows what the 5G stations are picking up, or transmitting. lol

It's hard to say what happened in Lahaina, but I'm not buying the official story. Cars melting into pools of metal is questionable to me, if it's just a fire started by power lines, or whatever we are supposed to believe.

The short wave radios and transmitters are old tech. You could buy portable Grundigs from Radio Shack. That's where we could hear the uncensored truth and verify it from multiple sources. Some stations were indeed propaganda, but it was easy to discern.

Alex Jones got his start on short wave back in the 1990s. So did dozens of other good broadcasters.

A few years back, I learned that Elon was launching thousands of satellites from Space X. The story was that they would blanket the country.

Well, of course...

But, the [resulting] overall "mixture" of truth and lies --- is a lie.

It is not the truth.

The internet is a source for information. All of the search engines have controlled the results to control the globalist/ devilish narratives of every subject. Even the Android looking owner of Facebook is starting to blame the democrat executive house for pressuring him to do this....read C👁️A. Zuckerberg lied to Congress and is coming out of the closet, so he must believe something heavy is going to happen soon. Perhaps his fortune will be decimated by a Kama win? I don't know, but the C👁️A is involved and wants her to win. Anyhow, here's an expert interviewed by Tucker on the deception you brought up.

Deception vs Truth

Sorry, I find this topic interesting, so I will ask a question.

Can you prove that the t.v. signal you were watching, came from a satellite, that was in geostationary orbit at approximately 22,236 miles above earth, or is this something you read off a website, and spouted it as a known fact?

:)
In my astronomy class in the 1960s, we calculated the distance from the earth to geostationary orbit (point above the equator where an object orbits the earth once every 24 hours). I don't believe that things have changed since then.

I can move my antenna position in any direction away from the line of site to the satellite, and the signal strength decreases. In less than 2 degrees, the receiver stops detecting the signal..

It would do you a lot of good to actually do the complete math behind your conspiracy theories, but I have little hope that you will.

A simple no would do. lol

You are allowed to believe what you want Billy....Enjoy the math, your antenna, 1960's astronomy, and your satellite t.v.!

That is really cool, was always fascinated by short wave radios, but never got into them.

Alex Jones actually believes in the moon landings. Total shocker. I hope Alex finds some peace, he always seem so unhinged, or disturbed. Anyways, one of the biggest conspiracy theories of all time and Mr. Jones is not interested in it. Hmmm. He used to wear one of those NASA t-shirts you buy at Target.

Gideon, what you have here is a strawman's argument. Show me where I posted God's people and millions involved are liars? (Reread what my question said, before you respond.) My question above asked, "show me where I posted God's people and millions involved are liars"? This is a two part question, so I would recommend reading maybe a third time, so you don't miss bits, add phrases, or words. If you can't, than please practice your reading comprehension, and don't worry about calculus.

Oh Gideon, I would never ask you a calculus question, when you clearly are failing in reading and understanding what someone is said. Prove me wrong. I do believe you are really good in putting words in people's post, than saying, that the post was silly.....Even though you don't understand was written. You and Billy have this in common. May I guess that you two are both baby boomers, or retirement age?

Until your basic communication skills improve, I will just change the subject when you ask me a question, since it really appears, it's difficult for you to stay on track. Just my two cents friend!

Straw man
"Form of argument and an informal fallacy based on giving the impression of refuting an opponent's argument, while actually refuting an argument that was not presented by that opponent"
It's very simple. You say that the moon landings did not take place. Born again believers say that they have and that they personally went to the moon. So you are saying that they lie. I'll leave it there.

you supported the cops in your country going out and beating people up for not wearing masks during the covid hoax.

so, you, as a born again believer, supported that.

so, a born again believer can say things... and we will just leave it there..

I think I spent far to much time on conspiracy theories, compared to most. I'm not sure about the radiation levels, but that's my wild guess. In any event, a nuclear meltdown isn't something that is easily fixed, or even evaluated. I remember hearing that every time they tried to send down robots to the Fukishima reactors, they malfunctioned. That's exactly would would happen, if they sent a space ship 100 miles above earth, but that's just my honest opinion. Someone could site the I.S.S. or whatever, and my mind won't be changed.

I would relate the NFL to the moon landings, once you know that pro sports is rigged, it becomes hilarious. Same with NASA, some serious magic tricks going on. Also, I believe in a concave hollow earth (not the heliocentric version).....when an astronaut says, they traveled 250,000 miles to the moon, it's like o.k., tell me another one spaceman. I know people think that exact opposite, and believe the moon landings, and Heliocentric Model of the earth, but it's a discussion, and people believe differently.

If this was a public setting, my views would be laughed to scorn. If we think that majority rules, try sharing your faith about Jesus at a secular university, you maybe laughed to scorn by university students. These are suppose to be the smart people of the world right?
There is more evidence that men walked on the moon than there is that Jesus lived. The god of this world blinds the eyes of those who are perishing, so I'm surprised when smart people believe, not when they mock. However, the moon landings are not a matter of Christian faith and Jesus does not come into it.

It's not NASA whose evidence you need to weigh. Many countries have space agencies and invest fortunes in research into space travel. Why would they bother? These countries have serious problems at home to address, and that includes America. NASA received funding of $25 billion in 2023. Yet homelessness and poverty are a serious problem. And this to support a lie? Russia, India, China, Europe and even Australia are involved.

Nothing happens without intent and motivation. Why would a group of nations collectively lie about landing on the moon? Russia, China and India would have to collude with NASA. And according to you, they all lie. Why would they bother?

I see a lot of major issues. People are actually crazy enough to believe that the earth is flat, and there is an ice wall around it.
I think I detected a note of sarcasm in ELi1's reply.

That's not fair H&H. The Saturn rocket couldn't possibly carry four feet of concrete shielding and water insulator, to protect against radiation. I think the Soviets thought 4-6 feet of lead shielding would be needed, but they obviously forgot that would make the space craft to heavy.

I believe the official story is that, they went so fast, the radiation didn't have time to hurt them, or they went a secret way, where no Van Allen Radiation could get them, or the combination of the aluminum skin of the space craft and the spacesuits saved them from certain death from those soft-solar belts.

The sun belts have about 10 times the amount of radiation in the average nuclear reactor, it has roughly the same amount of radiation, when the nuclear power plant is on a full melt down like Chernobyl.

https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-60528828
It is possible to visit the Chernobyl site. The time permitted in the hot zone is short. Animals have thrived because few people live there.

A rocket takes about 52 minutes to pass through the Van Allen belt. The amount of radiation received by astronauts is not a health risk, as the lifespan of many will attest. Buzz Aldrin is 92. Radiation is survivable if the individual survives initial exposure. At least one survivor of the Hiroshima atomic bomb lived until he was 93.
