I set the bar low on this one (very low). Nevertheless, I now see that I have greatly overestimated your abilities and understanding.
There will be *believers* during the Tribulation.

Why are we not seeing the church commanded to evangelize during those days???

The 10 kings who remain after the tribulation wars give their power to the AC only AFTER he is resurrected from the dead (deadly head wound healed). Only then do they submit. Because the AC is now (by their perception anyways) "unkillable". So unkillable that this end-time confederacy BELIEVES that they can actually go to war with YHVH and win. A Satanic deception of course......they all die.
The persecution of the Saints/Israel rapidly accelerates after Satan indwells the AC (mid-trib), who then becomes vastly powerful.
You either take the mark of the beast or are executed. Resistance means death. All world governments assist in this pogrom.

The AC is the "greater Goliath". This Gol of Gath was killed and beheaded by David. David then buried his head at Jerusalem, at the location known afterward as GOLGATHA.
1Sa 17:54
And David took the head of the Philistine, and brought it to Jerusalem; but he put his armour in his tent.
Mar 15:22
And they bring him unto the place Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, The place of a skull.
This Golgatha is the EXACT PLACE that Jesus Christ CHOSE to be crucified. In an eternal proclamation of His defeat of the wicked one and his armies, fulfilling Gen 3:15.
When you sleep your soul is still very active.
For example..
Inspired dreams from God can be actively experienced in your soul while sleeping.
But, when you sleep?
What happens?
You cease being 'body conscious.'
When a Christian dies he becomes absent from the body and face to face with the Lord.
That is why it is said about believers who have left this earth, that they 'sleep.'
For the soul never died when its a believer.

All of this confirms that indeed Gol of Gath was a type of the seed of the serpent, a satan-man (like the AC will be), an inhuman Nephilim. As were the many other Nephilim giants in the Levant such as Og of Bashan, Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the descendants of Anak. Sihon the Amorite was also a giant.
It also catalogues and infers what was REALLY going on in the land of Caanan, and why God had to execute such severe judgments upon it.

It was customary in those days, when a war hero such as David killed a well known enemy,
that the hero would travel with the enemy's head... and when entering a new city
would be welcomed at such a sight to see. That head became the keys to the city, and was
held, in high honor of the one bearing the head.
David kept the head with him for quite sometime. And, he kept the armor of Goliath as well.
It does not say David buried the head in Jerusalem, though he might have eventually done so.
That theory about Golgatha sounds more like tradition and folk lore.
As Saul watched David going out to meet the Philistine, he said to Abner,
commander of the army, “Abner, whose son is that young man?”
Abner replied, “As surely as you live, Your Majesty, I don’t know.”
The king said, “Find out whose son this young man is.”
As soon as David returned from killing the Philistine, Abner took him

David kept the head with him wherever he went! Even before the King!

Golgotha, (from Latin calva: “bald head” or “skull”), skull-shaped hill in ancient Jerusalem,
the site of Jesus’ Crucifixion. It is referred to in all four Gospels (Matthew 27:33, Mark 15:22,
Luke 23:33, and John 19:17). The hill of execution was outside the city walls of Jerusalem,
apparently near a road and not far from the sepulchre where Jesus was buried.

The meaning, "bald head," more likely referred to the appearance of a rock formation.

I learned about what I said from a Bible/scholar historian.
He was pastor-scholar having a strong military background (retired military) and knowledge and understanding of
the ways of ancient cultures of that day.
He was so qualified that he taught (by invite) at universities, and even at MIT for a conference which was sponsored by Christians
in the student body.
I am sorry to disappoint you.
I wish you would be willing to learn from a historical perspective.
I am just as guilty. For without being taught we lack knowledge of many things of the ancient cultures of Biblical times.
Unless we are well taught? Such a phenomena of having to guess an answer is to be expected

The Latin is useless. In fact the term Calvary is why the Church today has lost the intentional meaning of the better Aramaic place name Golgotha.
BUT.......the Herbrews NEVER forgot the origin of why that locations was thus named.
And there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever the Jesus absolutely KNEW as well (He Is omniscient God after all)......and chose this peculiar location to be crucified.

Goliath or properly known as goliath of gath as I have written above in Hebrew was beheaded and his head is placed at the place outside of Jerusalem named after him "golgatha"
