I'm not an alcoholic, but I like the taste of beer and I fancy a beer or two once in a while. Just regular beer, not that fruity junk! That fruity junk should be sent to hell, but that's just my opinion :D

well I like the fruity ones. the famous Micheladas are my favorite. lol.

In Heaven there is no beer
That's why we drink it here
And when we're gone from here
All our friends will be drinking all that beer

The only way you will go to Hell for drinking a beer is if it's a BudLite....

Apparently the only way to go to hell for drinking a beer is if you are drinking a Foster's.

I heard that from an Australian friend.
"Give me a Foster's please."
"Ah so ya like the taste of piss, do ya?"

If you go to Australia, never, ever, ever order a Foster's. Ever. Don't do it.

That's like going to Ireland, and saying "top o' the morning to ya" They don't say that. Our tour guide hinted at possible violence if we did ....

Yeah... I was playing The Saboteur and the main character is supposed to be Irish, from Belfast. He has random phrases he spits out occasionally when you pass near random people on the street, I guess for a little character color. One of them is "Top 'o the mornin... Or whatever time it happens to be." Insert facepalm here.

Jesus turn water into wine for a drunken wedding feast, tens of gallons of water into 1st class wine.
The Gospel of John recounts that Jesus' first miracle occurred at a wedding in Cana, where He transformed water into wine. He instructed the servants to fill six stone jars (the kind used for ceremonial washing) with water, each with a capacity of 20 to 30 gallons, resulting in 120 to 180 gallons of water being converted into wine. The master of the banquet attested to the wine's exceptional quality.

Is it okay to drink a beer?
Sometimes your posts are thoughtful and Biblically based.
While I disagree with several of them, they are at least thought provoking.

And, other times, (such as this one) they are just silly. That may be what you intended. Hard to tell with you. I do not see why anyone would bother justifying your question with Scripture or serious thought.

This was a bait thread. It was silly. I was irritated by all the other “stupid” threads (what I thought were stupid, but weren’t) so I made a few of my own. I’m trying to learn from my ways 😏
