Non-OSAS Christians are calm and chill because our faith and hope is actually in God who we abide in, not us. As a Christian abides in Christ and doesn't resist His work in us, God does ALL THE WORK of maturing us in godliness and obedience and makes us stronger in faith and trust in Him. I have yet to meet a non OSAS Christian who is calm.

Every one of them are warning me (and themselves) how we have to remain in christ, how we have to meet some standard. how we have to work work word. or we will not get to heaven.

One of the reasons I answered as I did in an earlier post was to answer this question. What is the "will" of God? Is it an expressed desire or is it His actual will?
The WILL of God always comes to pass...Daniel 4:35. So if God's desire that all be saved and His unwillingness that any should perish represent His will, then everyone would get saved. Since we know that is not the case, then we know those verses are speaking about God's preference and propensity towards man.
