Looks like I need to repeat because you missed what I was saying....

I said..

"We are responsible for our sins only after we are born again. "

Actually we were responsible for our sins before we got born again which is WHY we needed to get born again.

And, of course if we sin after we get saved we must confess and forsake our sin in order to get back in right standing with the Lord (Proverbs 28:13, and 1 John 1:9)

The gnostics recognized that the flesh is fallen...

Uh huh, and their "hidden knowledge" comes from their father the devil.

Are you one of those souls who believes he no longer sins?

Are you one of those souls that believes you cannot cease from sin?

Have you not seen Philippians 4:13 yet???

2 Peter 2:10-16
But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.
Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.
But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;
And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;
Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:
Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;
But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet.

James 4:17
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

All things are possible thru Christ (Philippians 4:13), so THRU JESUS we actually DO have the ability to stop sinning

1 John 3:6
Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not

1 John 2:4
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

1 John 1:6
if we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

1 John 2:1
I write these things unto you, that ye sin not

Galatians 5:16
Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh

James 4:17
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

1 John 3:8
He that committeth sin is of the devil

John 8:34
Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

1 Corinthians 15:34
Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

We should not be willingly or knowingly doing sinful things... it should be a very rare occasion for a Christian to sin and IF they did it would NOT be a situation where it's something they knew it was sinful and they decided to do it anyway.

1 John 1:8 is obviously speaking of if we claim we have never sinned... or if we make a mistake such as dropping something on the floor accidentally which is an imperfection that is not unto death (does not cause us to be separated from God like sin does)

The very next verse tells us if we confess our sins the Lord cleanses us of ALL unrighteousness... so is 1 John1:8 claiming 1 John1:9 is un-true???

That's false doctrine and is something the gnostics taught that the flesh is evil and the spirit has never sinned.
(the Lord corrected this false doctrines in 1,2, and 3rd John)

This is why when they do sin they claim it was not them doing sin, it was just their body.

I've been bought with a price and my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and there is nothing evil in my flesh

You are welcome to hate your flesh and claim your flesh causes you to so sinful things that you cannot do anything about but I'm not going to be associated with such un-biblical foolish nonsense.

They did spiritually and became separated from the Lord.

They did not become incapable of controlling what their body does as the gnostics falsely claim.

I'm born again so that doesn't apply to me

Romans 8:11
But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Quickens means to make alive unto the Lord.
At least it does for me.

God did not want us to start off live in sin and He did not make us sinners when He created us.

You're welcome to believe that about yourself, but I'm not falling for satan's foolish self serving lies
I never said the flesh is evil. I guess you'll die physically because that's what God always intended? Nothing wrong with your body?

You're welcome to believe as you will but denying reality won't help you.

Its the soul that can become evil.... Evil is a choice. If you choose for truth evil will lose its say.

The soul can choose to do right, or replace truth with lies.

The flesh is fallen and is automatically defective, and will produce sinful impulses that the soul can not choose to not have.
Its only when the Holy Spirit begins controlling a believer (by grace) that the flesh stops having first say in how the
soul will operate and behave itself...

Mans religion teaches contrary to scripture, that Gods predestination is premised on Gods foresight of mans doing something, his works or believing etc, but its not true. Gods predestination is conditioned upon His own Eternal Purpose, the good pleasure of His Will Eph 1:5

5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 2

God never intended for man to ever die.

It was Adam and Eve that caused sin and darkness to come in to the world.

In the end I will get a resurrected body and I'll never die physically and since I'll never turn away from the Lord to go live in sin, I'll never die spiritually either.

And, someday when I leave earth (unless I go in the rapture) I will not be sick or have some disease that kills my body (Jesus took my sickness and disease). I'll leave because I'm past 70 years old and my work on earth is done.

Gods predestination is conditioned upon His own Eternal Purpose

And demons teach that God predestines most people to hell before they were ever created and had never sinned. (one has to first be created and born in to the world before they can sin)

That comes from the false doctrines of calvinism because they have been confused in to believe God and the devil is the same guy. It's crazy calvinists believe they are saved but you are not!

So what died in the garden of eden then 🤔 the flesh or the soul.

Scripture says and man became alive as in a living soul or a living being.

You can't separate flesh from the soul there both the same thing.

The soul that sins will die is no different to the flesh that sins will die.

Understanding that God created Adam from the dust.. at this point is body was still and waiting to be brought to life, so God breathed life into his body, and his body became a living soul.

It's sound like God breathed a living soul into his body but in scripture it says and man became a living soul.

As in a living being.

The flesh is just the outer shell.

What you can't see when you look in the mirror is your mind.

Your mind is also flesh but it's also your inner being soul.

I know theese things I've had more insight and wisdom to this if your interested.

But also after the breath of life God must have also made the soul spiritualy alive before the fall.

You seem to be hard of hearing. No-one argues God predestined according to His sovereign will and good pleasure. But, predestination is for believers only. God determined to save believers and give them, and only them, a destiny of adoption. Salvation from death is not our destiny. Having life is the way it should have always been.

Once you learn God did not determine who would believe and who wouldn't, you will begin to understand.

I know He didn't, He takes no pleasure in death. (Eze.18:32)

So how does an hour old baby, who has committed no sin, die? And please note, I'm not asking why, I'm asking how. How did Adam's sin cause that little body, many, many millennia later to die? Do you think sin is some sort of virus we all catch at birth?

The human spirit died...... Leaving the soul spiritually dead.
The soul at that point could only fellowship with the body, not the Holy Spirit.

Regeneration is the gaining back of an active human spirit.
That is why we need to be "born again.'

We all need to learn this at some point.......

But, predestination is for believers only.
True when talking about salvation matters, but it took place before they existed. The only people who believe in Jesus Christ in time, are those who were predestinated before time. Acts 13:48

48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained[appointed, destined] to eternal life believed.

Who were appointed to eternal life, believers or unbelievers? They didn't believe because they were given eternal life. they were given eternal life because they were believers.

The Israelites were given the Law, we have been given the very life of God (eternal life). It is no longer I who live but Christ (who is God) lives in me. The Church age believer has been given more than any other believer from "Adam to John the Baptist".

If people were as evil as you think they are, no-one would be saved.

The problem is when you read "predestined to eternal life" you interpret that to mean "predestined to believe". It doesn't mean that because it doesn't say that. Believing is not our destiny, eternal life is the destiny. Believing is what we want to to do because we prefer light to darkness. The grace of God gives all of us the opportunity to respond to Him as if we never sinned. The soul is not depraved at birth, it becomes that way if it rejects the drawing of the Father. Not everyone rejects His drawing because they like righteousness and goodness.
