You only shared verses that show people responding to the gospel. At other times, people responded positively. There was nothing in the scripture you shared explaining why they did what they did; only what they did. In Acts 2 we do know they heard. Nowhere in the verses you shared does it ever say they heard.
Biblical hearing engenders understanding. It's clear from the response in your example that understanding was not part of the equation. When understanding was present in Acts 2, they asked what should they do. In your example, they stopped their ears and stoned a man of God. They clearly didn't possess understanding.
I showed 2 examples from Acts.. One where they stopped their ears and one when they heard the Holy Spirit fell upon them.

The Hebrew Text, which is inspired by God would disagree with you.
I don't get inspired by text I get inspired by God.

Besides Theres many errors in understanding Text m, so if you have a text in Hebrew that you can translate let's have a look.

All scripture indicates mankind is not free at all.

Not so. Joshua said...choose this day who you will serve...I believe some choices were also given.
20 If ye forsake the LORD, and serve strange gods, then He will turn and do you evil, and consume you, after that He hath done you good.'
21 And the people said unto Joshua: 'Nay; but we will serve the LORD.'
22 And Joshua said unto the people: 'Ye are witnesses against yourselves that ye have chosen you the LORD, to serve Him.--And they said: 'We are witnesses.'--
23 Now therefore put away the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the LORD, the God of Israel.'
24 And the people said unto Joshua: 'The LORD our God will we serve, and unto His voice will we hearken.'

2 choices, serve God or strange gods.

There were all kinds of strange gods. They were picking between lots of them. Idolatry was rampant at that time.

He isn't in Torah scrolls then. But why are you offended? Did loving your enemies not get you anywhere?

I want to hear your Hebrew translation of free will.
The Hebrew word [verb] נדב naw-dab’ is a primitive root that means – to present spontaneously…primarily translated as an adverb “willingly” which indicates free motivation or voluntary decision. It is used 17 times in 15 verses throughout OT Scripture.
