Every part of scripture is God breathed. It is equally authoritative. So singling out Jesus as the speaker is irrelevant.

God's law is righteous Psalms 119:172 and our obedience to God leads to righteousness while sinning down the wrong path Romans 6:16 Isa 48:18 To many people depend on their righteousness for how to live instead of God's so I do focus on His righteousness as we can't sanctify ourselves, only God can Eze 20:12 but people try anyway.
