Let me answer you more precisely. The branches that God grafts in are saved. However, not all of the branches grafted in are grafted in by God and so are not of the saved. Those claiming to be Christians but are not true Christians of the elect, can graft themselves in for a while but eventually will wither and fall away.
So you're telling me that man can add himself to the body?

Yes, but not permanently so because it is of their doing, not God's. There are many who presume themselves Christians but who have not been saved - their trust remains in themselves but not in Christ as the Saviour.

[Luk 8:13 KJV] 13 They on the rock [are they], which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

[Jhn 15:2, 4-6 KJV]
2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every [branch] that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. ...
4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
5 I am the vine, ye [are] the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast [them] into the fire, and they are burned.

Please explain are you saying that the baptism with the Holy Ghost is no longer available
Yes. If you do a search for baptized with the Holy Ghost (Spirit), you'll see it was something specific and only happened twice for special situations.

Yes. It's the reason they would even want to.
Then that is 2 baptisms, not one. If "spiritual baptism" is the one baptism, then to add another baptism is going against the truth.
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

True there are many who think they are in Christ but they are not. They are not grafted in they just think they are. I'm sorry but it's impossible for man to add himself to the body. God does the adding and the taking away.

No, and apparently, your search did not turn-up Mar 1:8.

Baptism was only a special situation insofar as it is given only to those who are to be saved, of them, all are baptized by the Holy Spirit.

[Mar 1:8 KJV] 8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

[Jhn 1:33 KJV]
33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.

Not necessarily. I have 3 names. But when I say name, I can be referring to only one.

I'm sorry but I don't understand why you disagree with this. I did some bible searches and this is what I've found. Please point me to a passage that I may have missed.
This is every mention of baptized with the Holy Ghost in the bible.
Mark 1:8 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
Acts 1:5 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
Acts 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.
That's only twice it happened. The apostles and the first Gentiles. Each time it was directly from God and evidenced by speaking in tongues.

I did a search for the things I hear man say. "baptism of the Holy Ghost". Zero hits "baptized by the Holy Ghost". Zero hits. "spiritual baptism". Zero hits.
I'm sorry but I prefer to stick with the words the Holy Spirit has chosen to convey what God wants us to know.

I'm sorry you can spin it however you like but it's simple math. (1) "spiritual baptism" and (2) water baptism.

I did turn up Mark 1 but not Jn. 1. Thanks.
Those 2 verses are looking forward to the first time baptized with the Holy Spirit took place.

Well, you're the one not sticking to them; you're adding/inserting to them with your own implications of what you think they mean.
The verses you chose above confirm what we've been saying, not what you've been saying. They're very clear.
Show us where in the Bible do you read that it was limited? Not that it was based upon your assumptions, but where it was actually says it was limited specifically and explicitly stated that it was limited - as in "this baptism by the Holy Spirit will/would/could only be in this situation."

That's what I mean, and they say "by the Holy Spirit", not by water

I'm sorry but I didn't say it was limited. I only said what I read in the bible.

You didn't say this? Isn't twice limited, as in not every time?

Yes, that is what I said. If you believe it happened another time, please point it out.

My search didn't find a verse that said baptized by the Holy Spirit. Did I miss it?
Does this make it clearer? Jesus is also the Holy Spirit. Does it say anything about water? Does it say anything about being limited?

[Jhn 1:33 KJV] 33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.

Neither one of those is my name.
Kidding aside, that's only 2. There is also baptism by fire and spiritual baptism has 2 aspects: baptism into the body of Christ and the baptism of the Spirit. The first in nonexperiential; the second is very evident.
