In heaven we will have a body of flesh and blood. Very interesting because angels can take on human form

It has been GOD's path, I cannot deny that, but I hope it's not his choice.

Let your wife be a fountain of blessing for you.
Rejoice in the wife of your youth.
She is a loving deer, a graceful doe.
Let her breasts satisfy you always.
May you always be captivated by her love.

Proverbs 5:18
Until it does I truly hope you will pursue an all-satisfying relationship with God.

Well… we agree that there is only two bodies..
1 Corinthians 15:44
There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

And we agree the “natural” body is the regular flesh body we are in at the moment.

Look at the word spiritual
πνευματικός, ή, όν
Part of Speech: Adjective
Transliteration: pneumatikos
Phonetic Spelling: (pnyoo-mat-ik-os')
Definition: spiritual
Usage: spiritual

Strong's Exhaustive Concordance
spiritual.
From pneuma; non-carnal, i.e. (humanly) ethereal (as opposed to gross), or (daemoniacally) a spirit (concretely), or (divinely) supernatural, regenerate, religious -- spiritual.

The spiritual body is non-carnel
The word carnal is translated from
σάρξ, σαρκός, ἡ
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine
Transliteration: sarx
Phonetic Spelling: (sarx)
Definition: flesh
Usage: flesh, body, human nature, materiality; kindred.

The Bible clearly says the spiritual body is non-carnal (flesh)

As you can see I have not added anything.
Is the Greek and the Strongs in error?

See all those "ORs" ? Those are different possible meanings. It can mean divinely supernatural and not non-carnal, ethereal etc. There are supernatural things which are physical as opposed to ethereal. Combined with BODY, which is always physical, we have a divinely supernatural physical body which is called the spiritual body.

That’s not what the scripture says, that’s not what the Greek or the Strongs says. In reality you’re not debating me, your disagreement is with the language.

The spiritual body
spiritual.

Carnal is flesh
Carnal- Original Word: σάρξ, σαρκός, ἡ
Part of Speech: Noun, Feminine
Transliteration: sarx
Phonetic Spelling: (sarx)
Definition: flesh
Usage: flesh, body, human nature, materiality; kindred.

The spiritual body is non-carnal (NO- flesh)

Then you have lost your first love. You were made for a relationship with God first and foremost.
It is not good for man to be a lone. This was GOD saying, I, GOD alone am not enough for man. Adam was a lone with GOD in the garden and it was not enough.

Psalm 23 says otherwise...The LORD is my Shepherd; I shall not want.

"Look at My hands and My feet. It is I Myself. Touch Me and see—for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.” Luke 24:39.
In Genesis 6 angels had bodies of flesh and blood. Like Jesus, they can take human form.
While we will have bodies in eternity i do not believe i have read any scriptures that state we will have blood.. So if you have the scripture that states we shall have blood in eternity please quote it to me..

That's one of multiple definitions. It does not match what scripture presents as the spirirtual body. It is as I said, matching the Strongs definitions of spiritual and body where it is a divinely supernatural physical body. .

Christ said he was flesh and bone to prove he was not a ghost. Why wouldn't that body not have blood? A glorified body would have glorified blood right? It has everything the mortal body has like flesh, bone, hair, muscles and eyes etc...why have everything but no blood? The immortal body seems to be exactly like the current one but just of immortal components.

So GOD was wrong in Genesis?

Song of Solomon has some good romantic intimate inclinations too.

You only think they are the same…
You are not smart enough to evaluate what you think your heart wants…
That’s why we were told…
Proverbs 28:26
26He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.
I think tha @JohnB is plenty smart in understanding what his heart's desire is.

I believe JohnB is very smart…But what does scripture say?

1 Kings 8:39
Then hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and forgive, and do, and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest; (for thou, even thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men;)

Only God knows the hearts of
men…

Jeremiah 17:9
The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it

Proverbs 28:6
He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

Do not make God a liar, for God said;

Psalms 37:4
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Johns heart desires a wife, but a certain type of wife. God knows Johns heart better than John knows his own heart.

Seems to me that they are one and the same.
The heart has many desires.. For instance:
I desire to live, because if you are dead the desires of the heart are irrelevant.

I also desire a Lamborghini….

But what if I get that Lamborghini, I crash, and die? What happens when the desires of the heart negate other desires of the heart?

What do any of these verses have to do with having sex in heaven? There will be male and females, we will eat and drink, we will work, we will have homes. Why not sex?

“The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage, but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and to the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage, for they cannot die anymore, because they are equal to angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. Luke 20:35

Marriage is only for this age.

Show me where female angels are mentioned anywhere in the Bible.
