Once you get a person to a range, they understand.
Those are great, thank you kindly!:)

You sure are right.

About the Texans, I would start them on a .22 first before the 9. Not that 9 recoil is bad. That way there's less likely a chance for developing a flinch from the blast till they get accustomed to the manual of arms/ safety and proper use.
I've seen a number of people scared of guns and spiders, snakes, and bats get over their phobias. 🕷️🕸️😄🦇🐍

Those videos were spot on! I was surprised that the Babylon Bee would do something "conservative".... I don't know much about them, but most of what I've seen seems to be sort of slanted left.. perhaps I was mistaken.
Funny videos.... Buc-ees was great

I think that because men are stronger they will more easily be able to handle bigger guns.
Several years back, a friend and his wife got into competition shooting, can't remember the sport... ISPSC or something like that.... they both shot 1911 45 ACP's.... he told me he was slightly faster than her, but she was more accurate than him. She's about 5' nothing, and weighed about 105 pounds. A lot of it is hand/arm strength... and that can be developed. This is not her, but they look to be similar in size.... and she is a blonde, too....

Sometimes it's hard to tell. The script writers use a lot of sarcasm and at least one is a left leaning Calvinist.

I've gotten into shooting my pellet gun here lately. Its pretty fun. I shot a few starlings this summer. It was great.

Funny thing, I don't have any starlings around my house anymore either:giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle:

Handgun is the hardest discipline to master, and the slower speed of air makes followthrough even more important, great practice too!

Sweet! Taking a young person out and teaching them the safe participation in the shooting sports is a very special time one can also pour in lessons on responsibility, accountability, etc.:)

I just got a chance to do some practice with the rossi lever gun in 45 colt.
those are really nice.... I have one, and it's very nicely accurate at 50 yards. Have you changed out the sights yet? I had to (old eyes) and went with an aperture sight. This really tightened up my groups at 50....
I sort of want to mount a scope on it to just see what the accuracy potential is, but I probably wouldn't leave it on... just for informational purposes.
I think the rifle might be capable of almost one ragged hole accuracy, if you remove the human limitation (eyesight)

One session, I even lobbed a few out to 100 yards, using the aperture sights, and was pleasantly surprised how well we did. With a scope, I'm sure the group would be at least half that size....

I probably will, most likely a peep sight. Actually I took it out and did some shooting at 40 yards, didn't even have to adjust the sights.
