I am totally confused here. this does not make sense to me

what do you mean when you say jesus wrote on the tablets. but thats not enough (the law was written on the hearts of all jew and gentile up until this time)

and I do not understand what you mean when you say transfered from gentile hearts to somewhere else????
this is why I asked more people to answer.

For me in my majestic way of thinking I was enlightened to know, when law was given it was in itselfs a mercy gift from a devine source the fountain of youth,

Should that gift be taken back,

😊 I suspect Jesus wrote the law on the stone tablets, those stone tablets came from the very ground we all come from.

This is and was the grounded earth from heaven that would be on all earth including people that come from the earth, which is the very earth we where created from at first creation, in my humble opinion I believer the future earth would be all people born with hearts of stone.

As all people are born with hearts of stone untill they come to Christ.

What covenant are these people under until they come to Christ

Acts 2:37-39

New International Version

37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

what promise covenant are the children under since they can't commit to it 😍

your trying to get to deep into it

we are dead because of sin, they knew that before the law was given

the law was given for one purpose

Gal 3 10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.” 11 But that no one is [d]justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.” 12 Yet the law is not of faith, but “the man who does them shall live by them.”

13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

19 What purpose then does the law serve? It was added because of transgressions, till the Seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was appointed through angels by the hand of a mediator. 20 Now a mediator does not mediate for one only, but God is one.

21 Is the law then against the promises of God? Certainly not! For if there had been a law given which could have given life, truly righteousness would have been by the law. 22 But the Scripture has confined all under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. 23 But before faith came, we were kept under guard by the law, [f]kept for the faith which would afterward be revealed. 24 Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.

From your response I have question

Upon becoming a Christian

Does the law get removed from the heart once the curse is lifted ?

Is the curse sin it's self and not the law

Is the law a curse but sin not

Is the law a curse and sin to

Is the law a curse from God

is the law holy

Does the law still remain in the heart but the curse (sin) is lifted.

Would renouncing sin and denouncing sin daily, come into a covenant.

Such as polluting my body with alcohol but not daily and recently I have gone back to smoking daily.

There I am struggling with a sin that I have renounced with sincerity but, a few weeks later i fall back to that sin by not denouncing it daily.

Such as defiling my body which as entered into a covenant with Christ who want me keep his temple clean.

If I denounce the sin daily would I be a covenant people.l if I stuck to denouncing a sin I keep being drawn back to

I don't see see the difference of the old testament, because I could kill my body.

The same for the old the people where stoned to death under a covenant.

So by not denouncing daily, am I not inviting death and denouncing the new covenant.
i don’t understand what your saying here

you asked who the covenant people of God are

the church from all nations is the answer regarding the old covenant you have to read the conditions it was broken

“The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭24:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

God made a new one see Jeremiah 31:31-35

From reading your questions. I am beginning to think you are trying to look for things but do not understand what or why

Upon becoming a Christian

Does the law get removed from the heart once the curse is lifted ?
I have no idea what you mean by this, or why you would ask such a thing

Is the curse sin it's self and not the law
Deuteronomy 27:26
Cursed is the one who does not confirm all the words of this law by observing them.’ “And all the people shall say, ‘Amen!’ ”

Galatians 3:10
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.”

James 2:10
For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.

The curse is not being perfect (commit even one sin, by accident and you are guilty). The penalty of sin is death. The law was given to prove to us that we have not met that condition. and as such, we are cursed.

Jesus came to remove that curse from us.

Galatians 3:13
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”),

Is the law a curse but sin not
again, the curse is not being perfect..
Is the law a curse and sin to
Have no idea what your asking

Is the law a curse from God
God told adam, in the moment you eat, you will die.

the curse of adams sin and everyones sin is with us today.

thats why we must be born again

is the law holy
It came from Gods mouth so yes

{quote}Does the law still remain in the heart but the curse (sin) is lifted.[/QUOTE]

do what? Why would the law which is in our DNA all of a sudden stop?

do you change your mind and think the ten commands are no longer sin?

naw I’m no longer interested with your your conversational rules was just trying to make you realize there are two covenants one wrotten on stone and given to Israel’s children in the desert those who had no Holy Spirit in them

And then there’s another covenant promised all along that would fill man with gods spirit and truth what Jesus said is whats supposed to be on a believers heart it’s why Moses never said “ hear my words and believe and I’ll save your soul “ hearing Jesus words and believing is what writes it on the heart

but I’ll leave your post one because one word answers don’t make a discussion

Your yes and not answer demand is not even plausible The Ten Commandments we’re never written on hearts they were wortten on stone tablets lol they are external commandments given to these people

your asking “ are they still written on hearts as a Christian “ yes or not yes or no

the framing of your question is not practical your asking if something that never was , still is and demanding one word responses it’s a waste of time for me is all I’m saying they were never written on hearts they were placed in front of sinful people and demanded they obey every last jot and tittle

They were told “ you observe and bind all these words to your heart”

Christian’s are told “ I will put my spirit in you and write my laws and judgements on your heart, I’ll cause you to walk in them “

If you notice brother Jesus taught opposite things from Moses completely contrary at several points Moses words don’t belong written on a heart the gospel is for that

what do you mean ?

The term “ I will write my laws on thier hearts “ are you asking about this ?

This is the covenant that I will make with them After those days, ( after they broke the covenant made at Sinai) saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, And in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10:16-17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Im assuming we’re talking about this here ?

brother this is what’s written on our hearts this is what God really has to say his judgement and words and teachings and commandments it’s what Jesus had to say that’s what is promised to be written on hearts of Gods people all who hear and believe the gospel will begin to have his word wrotten on our hearts and minds

what im saying is from when Jesus receives the Holy Spirit at his baptism and was annointed to speak Gods words for salvstion and eternal life in his kingdom from that point on as we become believers of what he’s teaching we are having those things written on our hearts by the principle of faith

in other words those new th info we’re learning from Jesus are becoming our belief system and are becoming how we understand the lord and his Will it’s a new understanding that’s being given To us that’s what it means we’re being re taught and re made into the image of Jesus so we want to begin with Jesus only and what he’s teaching that’s the true and revealed will of God for every person who believes

If we start with Jesus he will teach us to leave in peace and love and harmony and forgiveness and without hate and grudge bearing and stealing and lying ect

ado we won’t need to hear about those Thou shalt nots anymore he’s going to teach us Gods ways and imprint them on our hearts because we believe him

Jesus and the gospel is everything we need

Judging from your understanding why you believe God's commandments are not directly wrote on people's by God, there only written once people hear them.

How do they get wrote on the heart once they hear them then 🤔

brother consider this whoch of these two words is written on a stone tablet by gods finger

and which is spoken by our lord who came to give us life and salvstion nd is intended for the inner place

One is a “ ten commandment “ the other is the word of our lord Jesus Christ just consider what I’m trying to say

a “ ten commandment “

Thou shalt not commit adultery.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭20:14‬ ‭

now Jesus word

Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

but I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:27-28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

which word is intended to correct the heart and remain in us ?

should a born again Christian be thinking “ I must not commit the act of adultery” or should a Christian let this new word be thier hearts command “ I need to not even allow my mind to consider it I need to not even allow myself to look and fantasize and think about it ……

One is for an adulterer without the holy spirits presence in them the other is a teaching meant to correct the issue inside of us this issue that actually causes sin

“For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: all these evil things come from within, and defile the man.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭7:21-

that’s why Jesus words are talking about the inner things Moses said “ don’t kill anyone else or you’ll be killed “ Jesus says “ I tell you don’t hate and bear grudges , don’t imagine evil , don’t harm anyone in any way love them like brothers ect

My point is that if we hear and follow Jesus we don’t need Moses to tell us how to live without the spirit constantly trying not to sin that’s not Christianity if we hear and believe Jesus and his word ot changes us and teaches us inside where it’s going to actually change us

The old covenant law isn’t about salvation it’s about this we dont want this on our hearts constantly

“Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.

Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭3:19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

that’s not going to save us to teach us about sin and death we already know that too well now we need to hear the gospel that’s about salvstion and redemption and re creation

You see something, but that what was written on stone was an imprint at first on the stone,

The imprint was Gods scar married onto a stone as to not scar our hearts so to speak at first.

But did that stop the afflictions, God was still recieving, no not so.

Right after Jesus wrote his father's afflictions on the foundation of the whole earth apart from hearts at that moment (the stone tablet).

The saved slaves started to worship a bull ?.

God was once again inflicted and carried he brought fourth punishment to his chosen people.

This was still not enough.

Many Judgements followed to the slaves of Isreal, those slaves where the chosen people of God's promise,

God decided to make those slaves feel his afflictions also and wrote his commandments on there heart.

Why would he not inflict this sooner at the stone tablet covenant ? if it was the case they heard the commandments and they wrote themselves on hearts without God needing to write them on hearts sooner ? Why would God need to write them stone tablets if they wrote them selves on hearts after hearing them.

The only visable answer is no they could not scar the hearts deep enough to cause the slaves to think twice.

Then comes Jeremiah i will write theese commandments possibly deeper into there hearts. And so it was done.

Whilst someone may say that is a curse I say that depends on how deep they where wrote in the heart.

a scar remains but a scars can wound a person to cause affliction, just enough to make them think twice .

This is the burden we all most bare from our ancestors who learnt to carry the burden of infliction be it there wounds or there brothers wounds

Jesus is the Judge of those wounds, and the commandments where for all earth written in the foundation of the earth. And by your wounds you shall be healed.

If you can't answer this simple question like this which is the most important question to this discussion. Then you do not understand yourself
since you have stopped responding.. and never answered me.

This question is illogical.

Since even gentiles know that adultry is a sin, they know we should honor our parents, they know these things even though they were never given the law (see also romans 1)

why would after they are saved they change their mind on these things and think they are now ok?
