Seeing fellow Christians utterly rejecting scripture used to surprise me. I've learned over the years that most Christians follow their own path, no matter what the scriptures say.
You're false idea is totally revoked by the fact God did not create Heaven with open borders.

Further, you've never ever read the OT.
God didn't believe in them either. Fellow Christians know what was God's response to those who violated the lands of God and his people.

The problem with liberals is they don't know how to talk Bible. Because they hate it.

That's a lie.

Maybe you should not sin further and stop trolling .
Wow. That's harsh.

The Holy Spirit told Paul that Jesus is the savior of ALL people. Here is the verse.

1 Timothy 4:10 esv
For to this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.

By the way, my brother, I'm happy to discuss doctrine but once a poster devolves into hatred and personal attacks, that's when I stop engaging them. If you want to call me names and hate on me, that's your choice but I won't continue to engage with one who does so. May God bless you my brother.

I gave you God's word. You gave me your opinions. No offense my brother but I'm going to follow what God says.

Here's the good news. Those who don't want to coexist with their immigrant brothers and sisters may be given different lodging in the hereafter, where they will be apart from those immigrants, as well as from God and Jesus.

the Bible tells us to obey civil authority.

the U.S. has ports of entry that are lawful for non-citizens to enter.

it is not lawful for any and everyone to walk into the country and just be assimilated into the population.

are those doing that are not obeying civil authority, and hence not following Biblical teaching.

It's not hatred. It's righteous judgement as God commands of us.
God is not a Liberal.

What you espoused is xtian universalism. Which is a false teachings not found anywhere in scripture.

1 Timothy 4:10 is misunderstood.

"especially", in the Greek is, μάλιστα (malista),most, most of all, chiefly, especially, Acts 20:38; 25:26
https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Timothy+4&version=MOUNCE

What is therefore being taught in that verse is that Jesus is the Savior of all people who believe.

Were he Savior of all, there would be no warning scriptures as to the fate of those who are not saved. Because were universal salvation the gospel there would be no other afterlife but Heaven .

So it sounds like you don't welcome immigrants. Does the following concern you?

This is what Jesus will say to some right before casting them into the abyss. From Matthew 25:43 "... I was a stranger and you did not welcome me..."

Jesus saves believers from the Lake of Fire. However, Jesus saves ALL people from eternal death. I believe that you are misunderstanding 1 Timothy 4:10.

Here's another:
1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.

Those who believe are granted eternal life. Others are DEAD in the ground for this age and for the millennium and will be resurrected on the last day to face judgment. Thereafter unbelievers and the ungodly may very well be thrown into the Lake of Fire, but it won't be forever. Believers are SAVED from ALL of that. God does not cast off FOREVER.

Lamentations 3:31 For the Lord will not cast off forever

What does God say about immigrants?

When a stranger resides with you in your land, you shall not wrong him. The stranger who resides with you shall be to you as one of your citizens; you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt” (Lev. 19:33-34).

Exodus 22:21 ESV
“You shall not wrong a sojourner or oppress him, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.

Numbers 15:15-16 ESV
For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you, a statute forever throughout your generations. You and the sojourner shall be alike before the Lord. One law and one rule shall be for you and for the stranger who sojourns with you.”

Of course, Heaven and God's kingdom-to-come have entry requirements.

Is Israel justified to limit who can emigrate there? Are Israel's Jews obligated to become a minority in the only Jewish nation in the world?

As an American and as a Christian I believe that the U.S. SHOULD welcome ALL who want to come on one condition; that they pledge their agreement that they will respect and abide by the U.S. Constitution rather than, for example, Sharia law or some other belief system.

As a Christian, what are your thoughts, please?
2nd Timothy 3:10 says, "for even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if anyone would not work, neither should he eat"! NO, THIS DOESN'T MEAN DON'T HELP YOUR FELLOW MAN. the issue needs to be examined going back decades. are we too free? hhhhhmmmmm, maybe. since when is it proper to let anybody & everybody into a country & allow them to think, speak & do what they want? common sense tells anyone that that is not right. shall a family let anyone into their home anytime, especially a stranger? NO. every human being should be taught to be responsible, accountable & reliable for yourself FIRST! & we all know that Jesus taught this in the Bible. Mexico has been laughing at us for decades for absorbing their problem. a pregnant Mexican girl can hop over the border & have her baby for free while working American woman have to pay for that! biden has surpassed all common sense in letting thousands in. Australia has very strict rules about moving there. for 1, you cannot get a job there unless you have a college education. the tax payers are already paying unfair tax & then just pay for the illegal people? the country has long been too liberal partly for the benefit of votes for politicians, personal gain & running an ungodly government. assuredly, the atheist politicians are not listening to God on government. anyone who can see, hear, smell, taste, touch, think, reason, solve, understand, apply knowledge are able to work, SHALL WORK YOUR WAY THRU LIFE!!!

How do you stop people being immersed in their own culture and religion? Australia is multi cultural. This means that ethnic groups gravitate to a particular suburb where others of their group have settled. It can create tension, like Muslims complaining about dogs (Islam is not exactly pet friendly) being walked along the streets where a Muslim lives. A Muslim group sought permission to create a Muslim only suburb to avoid having to mix with the despised infidels.

Anyone can make a promise. Immigrants are supposed to adhere to Australian law. Yet some still send their children to their homeland to marry younger than Australian law permits. Genital mutilation still goes on, as does forced marriage. One law applies to the "stranger". It can be very difficult to detect breaches of the law of the land and Islam puts the religious law as higher than the secular laws that all should obey.

Australia has insufficient housing for the people who live here already. Immigration is promoted by left wing progressives, who want to see the Christian influence in Australia reduced. That's ok, more unbelievers to witness to. However, trying to find accomodation when 20 people are applying for the same lease is no fun. I know because I was in that situation a couple of years ago.

Another effect is on voting. When a particular group floods an electorate, one of their number is likely to be elected. They may be a tiny minority in the nation, but they have far more influence than their numbers would suggest.

I've lived in Australia for 55 years. I've seen a great many changes, including some due to immigration. Some have been for good, others terrible. An example of bad law is so-called hate speech. Anyone can claim to have been villified for the simple reason that they don't like the truth. There is a real danger that Christians will suffer for standing up for the truth of God's word. It is happening to a degree now.

The U.S.A IS NOT, NEVER WAS, and never will be a "Christian Nation". Expecting it to "behave like one" makes no sense at all. IN FACT the Constitution FORBIDS us from making laws related to religious practices.

What YOU, or I believe we should do doesn't mean SPIT, and we have no voice in the matter anyway.

But the logic is SIMPLE. why would ANYBODY want to live in sewers like Mexico, or Columbia, or India, etc - when there's a possibility of getting to the U.S where things probably would be better. ANd the U.S. has been TOO STUPID to make laws effectively controlling immigration. SO now we have an "out of control situation" that is simply incapable of handling the influx, and our "leader", and Congress doesn't HAVE A CLUE.

SO I'll have dinner, listen to some music, and go to bed.

The U.S. constitution is a very just and fair document and system for people of all belief systems to be able to peacefully coexist. If an immigrant's loyalty is to another ideology then they should go to a place that practices that ideology.

With that said, this thread isn't about the merits of our nation's immigration laws and process, which is a DISASTER thanks to the lawless and illegitimate Biden Regime. This thread is about how GOD expects his followers to treat immigrants.

As witnessed here, most Christians don't care what God wants and instead focus on what they want, even if it means getting tossed into the Lake of Fire. Amazing.

Lol,, not so,, really you are told to see those in authority over you as ordained by God https://biblehub.com/interlinear/romans/13.htm and so if you(or an immigrant) intend on obeying God then you really should obey the Constitution.
