Right. But where did their ability to procreate with another species come from?
Why isn't there any marriage in heaven, John? I don't mean to pry, but did you have a wife one time who was so witchy and evil that you'll never escape her until God grants you a divorce at the last judgement?
Jesus said there is no marriage in heaven. If you don't like it, take it up with him.
So the giants in Genesis were born of holy and unholy people? How do you figure that?
The joining together of two things is generally considered a marriage, A common colloquialism is to marry things together referring to inanimate objects.
This I also presume is how proponents of the Gen 6 argument get around angels mating with woman being a marriage, there is no formal union or ceremony where the angel says "I do take this woman to be my lawfully wedded wife"
and the woman says "I do take this... ah angel to be my lawfully wedded ah...guardian angel?"
Also where does this end, God is sovereign and we are all tested with various pleasures and lusts, and God did make sensual pleasure for us to enjoy in a certain context, yet there is a downward spiral if we start lusting for things the wrong way, which is how things deteriorate even to homosexual acts becoming harmless.
Thats why I was presuming you also see the act of adultery as a sin, do you see it as a sin in heaven?
lol, I dont think I have a choice, although I find some things enjoyable in the flesh Im not going to be upset if they are superseded by far better things, and in heaven the sin nature and the fleshly desires if not there will not be counted a loss from my perspective.
But those who are considered worthy to share in the age to come and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage.
I think there are tests we all go through for me there is nothing in this world that will make me choose the world over heaven, not power, not wealth, not fame, and all the inner desires that accompany them for its temporary and ultimately empty.

I don't disagree with idea that marriage won't be part of our way of life in heaven.

No one in this group seems holy. They all seem rebellious. But I do believe that only men and women can reproduce humans. Whatever phenotype was displayed was within the genotype, merely masked through recessive genes to that point.
I do think this notion of angels procreating here on earth with women should be repudiated.

Jesus died on the cross so we could have sex in Heaven, this is a seriously tragic, abhorrent view of what Jesus endured and the gift of eternal life.

"The one being spoken to..." ,,the Serpent in the Garden in Genesis 3 though and those in Genesis 6 appear to not be the same (or in the same group). If the Serpent(spoken to in Gen.3:15) was in the same group as those in Gen. 6 he also would be in chains until Judgment.
