There is a belief that all scripture can be read as literal, also spiritual, and also has a deeper spiritual meaning. God is truth, God is spirit, and God 's ways are so mysterious to us we don't understand their depth.

Yeah, obviously I was not referring to cats and dogs and did not think you were either
with the "pre-Adamic creation." Any ways, all creation was before Adam and Eve according
to Genesis, so what do does WN mean by it? Unless nothing was different...

What the "gap theory", aka pre-Adamic creation postulates is that Genesis 1:1 refers to a complete creation, not a submerged wasteland. The theory states that this first creation declined to a point where it became formless and empty. This explains the apparent age of the earth and the fossil record.

Genesis 1:2 onward is the account of the restoration of the earth and its inhabitants, including humanity. There are also parallels with the salvation of man. The Holy Spirit hovered over the destroyed earth. He is there when the gospel is preached to bring conviction to sinners. The first requirement for salvation is light. The entrance of God's word brings light. God spoke and it was so. It is the preaching of God's word that saves. And so on.

The Lord I know didnt have to do things twice to get creation right
You know a different Lord from me. My Lord created man in His image but man messed up. So my Lord offered up His own life in order that man may become a new creation. So yes, it may well be that the original creation also was destroyed because of sin and God restored and renewed it.

God pronounced creation good at every stage until Eve was created, and then? It was very good .:D
God did not declare the second day to be good. W Nee has an explantion for that.

During the creation process the Lord said it was good or very good which means to me God was pleased with what He made! Perfect and Holy as He designed everything. Now another way of stating this is creation was without sin when he spoke. So, what in the Bible represents no sin for 7 days? I found that the feast of Unleavened Bread represents this seven day time of creation. A spring time event! Leven represents sin.

Now on the sixth day Man was created and when he sinned Adam and Eve covered themselves with leaves for their sin and shame. Notice that is was not a covering for sin in the lord's eyes. The Lord took animal skins which represents the beginning of a blood sacrifice till the Lord made the final blood sacrifice on Calvary 4000 years later on Passover. The fruit that they ate had to be the grape if this is part of the Passover story.

So what I am suggesting is this 6th day of creation represented the original Passover and the reason why Yeshua was crucified on the 6th day of the week and on the revolution of the year.. Now this is only the beginning of the understnding I have but want your input.
The problem is that though we celebrate the crucifixion on the Friday (6th day) He was actually crucified on a Thursday (5th day). - There were two Sabbaths that week, the first was a special Holy Sabbath.

That would have been impossible as Passover is always celebrated on the full moon

Does this sound like to you the Passover is not at the proper time?

Matthew 24:26 When Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said to his disciples, 2 “You know that after two days the Passover is coming, and the Son of man will be delivered up to be crucified.”

But on the night the was arrested Yeshua kept coming back to his disciples asking them to watch! Do you know why? Do you think the disciples knew he was going to be arrested that night.?------ No--Yeshua was fullfilling scripture!

Mat 12: 42 It was a night of watching by the Lord, to bring them out of the land of Egypt; so this same night is a night of watching kept to the Lord by all the people of Israel throughout their generations.

This scripture was to be fulfilled by every generation. Another reason why we know the Passover was also carried out at the proper time. Every jew was to fulfilled this ordinance

Guess that's why I load mine up with steamed broccoli and (Yuummmm) butter ♫ 😇 ↑
Butter and melted cheese are excellent covers for such offensive forms of culinary atrocities. But remember, the more they are employed in this fashion the less they may be used to enhance popcorn and chips.

Couldn't agree more. There isn't enough ranch dressing in the world to make cauliflower palatable.
Ranch dressing is my favorite. Scored a Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet this morning at my local Walmart. Gonna have some kind of ranch chicken thing later today.

In reply to Gideon. You say "It's impossible". Don't you read the Scriptures. My reply of necessity is a little lengthy. It is a portion from a study I already had prepared.

Saturday would have been the High Sabbath-a true sabbath and first day of Unleaven bread IMO. Friday would have been the day of preparation for the sabbath.
