Heb 11:6
But without faith
it is impossible to please
him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and
that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him.
Christ's faith(fulness) is the only faith to ever please the Father, not man's. His faith and righteousness is imputed to those whom God had chosen to salvation.
[Gal 2:16 KJV] 16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law,
but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
[Phl 3:9 KJV] 9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law,
but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
Pro 7:15
Therefore came I forth to meet thee,
diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.
What do you think that verse is actually saying? Read the verses prior to that one - start with 7:10.
Mat 13:44
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which
when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
Whom do you think the only one was who could "buyeth the field"? Could multiple people all buy and own the field? No, it only had one buyer, one owner, not many - only He who had value to purchase it.
[Heb 12:2 KJV] 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith;
who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
[Phl 2:7 KJV]
7
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
[Act 20:28 KJV]
28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the
church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
[Eph 1:14 KJV] 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the
redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
2Ch 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray,
and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
And neither did they seek His face. The nation of Israel was that pictured in the verse, and they never did so. Spiritual Israel alone being the people of God, the nation of Israel is not. Only those included within/forgiven by Christ's offering (spiritual Israel) will have their sin forgiven them.
Hos 5:15
I will go
and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence,
and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.
Only those of the elect seek God, but from becoming born-again, He gives to each of them a new mind and spirit which leads them to do so.
