I don't know their motive for the tracking devices, but can only guess it's for no good. This is likely a pressident for things to come.

I think the best way for the government is how to solve the remaining problems, and don't worry about the Chinese media making a big deal about it, because there are already a lot of media reports about it, it's not terrible if something goes wrong, it's terrible if you don't solve the problem, and then your enemies like China will be more happy to see you do it, because it proves that your system is backward, In this case, at least, it lags behind xxxxxlism.
