I would probably would have argued that there should theoretically be no need to pass a law that treats children who are born as... children-who-are-born: because that's what they are, regardless of the circumstances. But the people that voted "no" just exposed themselves with stupid arguments like; 'that should be up to the family/doctors'.
It would be better for them if they just had voted "no" but of course they had to put in their sick and convoluted reasoning. This was also the pitfall of a lot of "leaders" when I was in the Navy: they would give an order that most people would follow by itself without question- but then they would give some twisted reasoning behind it that made you question the legitimacy of the order. Really guy? "family" and "doctors" have the right to leave someone to die? They always expose themselves.
It is somewhat alarming that "Biden aides" have exposed him and that the leftist media seem to be not only abandoning their post; but also pointing out that it is now vulnerable. I am not so fast to trust these supposed traitors; why are they flipping now?

IMHO, there are a couple/few plausible reasons:
1 - they are cockroaches and rats - seeing that the STORM is inevitable - they are merely trying to cover their own arses...
2 - they have been compromised by the white hars... either knowingly or unknowingly... the white hats have convinced them that they would be better off in the end if they help the alliance against the DS...
3 - they are covert operatives (spies) working on the side of the rebellion...

If the DS has calculated this may be their opportunity to dump Biden for Harris - that Move will fail - as she has dirt on her hands as well and that will make the Speaker of the House One step closer to being the next in line if POTUS and the VP are unable to perform their duties...
Another potential Trap Set and/or Counter-Move Pre-Planned for by the White Hats...
They keep records, you can't take a top secret document without signing it out. They knew he took these, they knew he didn't give them back, but it is a matter of timing.
You want this after Mar a Lago, so much better, so much more impactful.
You also want them to hide this during the election, just one more crime to add to their list. Makes everything illegitimate.
Then you only want one location released at first so that they can downplay it, makes things much worse as more and more stuff comes out later.

Solid Assessment!
Following the Paper Trail of custody is USUALLY a solid approach to investigate the Chain of Custody... Unfortunately, where there is smoke there is usually fire... Meaning if ESPIONAGE was the INTENDED USE of these Classified (some are Top Secret) documents that found their way into a House that is connected to Hunter Biden (relations with Ukraine Burisma) - than it should not be lost on anyone that those documents may have been SNUCK OUT of their originating secure facility... We have learned that many former military persons convicted of ESPIONAGE were actually able to sneak classified material out of the SCIF for the nefarious treasonous INTENTIONS...
