That poster has made it clear already that his highest authority is the US Constitution and America. America is one of the biggest idols that people are worshiping today. The associated idols that they worship are: Trump, military/servicepeople, the US Flag, the US National Anthem, politics, and just about anything else "patriotic"-related. The conversation will always be steered by those people away from God and towards this political issue or that, this political person or that, etc.
America and other false idols are hated by God who is a jealous God and demands of us who are His Children to have NO other gods before Him. It is idolatry and He hates it.

How is he attacking our vets?
He said PEOPLE that make an idol out of vets and worship them are in violation of scripture.
How is what he said about people's relationships with American veterans in anyway connected to the vets themselves?
Most of them will say they're just doing there job and your praise for them is misplaced. Making them in agreement with the post you took such offense to.

Not a ton of difference, but there can be a difference, and yet for most people there is no difference.
You appear to be one of those idolaters. You are so angry over someone who said not one word about vets as having "attack out [sic] vets" that you make a reply like an insane person and then you reveal that you really DO know that you're an idolater by trying to defend yourself by insisting "there's a ton of difference in honoring people...[blah blah blah]" - LOL!!!!! If there were a ton of difference and you felt no guilt you wouldn't have said one single thing that you did say in your post. But of course you know the truth and you had several nerves hit just be my pointing out what a problem IDOLATRY is.
How about this - Tell the Lord you HATE those idols and you will turn from them and Praise Him and Worship Him!??? How about next time you want to praise and worship a "vet" you say "Lord Jesus, thank YOU for protecting me! Thank YOU for giving me SO MUCH and for your mercy in Saving me!!!" How do you think that would sit with the Lord? You think He would like that or that He prefers you put your hand over your heart and praise a sinful man instead????

He can't handle me - he's scared to death of me because I go at him with the SWORD - The Word of God.
And you might want to follow his lead because the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. It is never, ever my goal to put fear in anyone - the fact that you think that way tells me I'm 100% right about what an ungodly fool you are.
You wouldn't recognize the Word of God if it were readily available to you (obviously). You and your idols have no relationship with the Lord other than an adversarial one.
You love your idols so much that the thought of someone going against "vets" (not someone actually saying anything, but your imagination that they did) leads you to violently and aggressively declare them to be on your "hit list", a term indicating you want to murder the person for your over-zealous perception that they have "attacked" your idol, your god.
God hates your idolatry and you're too arrogant to even see it.
