My wife tested positive for Covid19 yesterday while at work, so they told her she could supervise the Covid ward where 5 students were convalescing. They don't take Covid as seriously in SD as they did in NY. She is working today as well.

My one boss read me the riot act when I tested positive lol. The other boss doesn't give a hoot.

Anyways I'm all set up here at home with a Catia workstation......I see little reason to return to the office.

I think that might kill off most of the third world and turn the first into third world countries. Last I heard is China, and Russia are planning to consolidate currencies. Wife just tested negative this morning and went to work. Believe it or not I just did some shirtless sunbathing today......you must have ESP. I am almost never shirtless in the sun but it was absolutely beautiful today......so I walked the river (where nobody was) and went sunbathing for something like 45 minutes.

Feeling a lot better today went for a light bike ride. Appetite and mood still depressed though.

Fresh air and sunshines Vitamin D are excellent natural medicine.

I did watch Defiance. Great movie recounting very brave people fighting to survive the Nazi's.

I think the full history of bad actors during and after WW2 as far as American media is largely due to a slant that presupposes the Jews are to be portrayed as its perpetual victims alone.

(True. There was a major promotion of that and little else about the war victims.
There were lots of evil events on every side.

This weekend is the 9th of Av, the typical day for judgement to strike. A year ago Biden's humiliating exit from Afghanistan took place on the 9th of Av. Where do you live?

About 40 years ago I drove through Mexico and in the desert you would see these houses built out of cinder blocks, only they weren't finished. Some were only two or three feet high. Others were a little higher and you could see where the windows were going to be. I realized that these people were building their house a few cinder blocks at a time with each paycheck.

I lived in Taiwan for about 8 years and the standard of living was really much lower than the US. When I first went there in the 80s I couldn't park my bicycle on the street because all the bicycles were crammed in so tight. Everyone rode bicycles, even delivery "trucks" were a bicycle pulling a cart. That changed overnight. I also lived in England. I never understood the term "big American cars" till I got to England and then I saw what a small European car looked like.

He preached to his church against pedophilia and used it as an example that at least they wouldn't be molesting any children.
He did not invite violence toward them or justify the crime though. He made it clear that is the responsibility of a just government after due process as a capital crime. That used to be the law of the land believe it or not.

I'm the last person on this forum to defend sodomites. If someone thinks that they shouldn't listen to him preach the gospel for preaching against the queers, that's ok with me. They can attend a United whatever rainbow flag safe space church if they want. I don't believe you do,. In a forum this size there's a couple others here that probably wear Avon pink lace and call themselves Mr. Cinderella.

I have witnessed to homosexuals and I image Brother Anderson presented the gospel to more LBTPQ+++ than all of this forum put together including me.
I am an open prejudiced hetero-normal man who does not like queers. I'm out of the closet on this forum about that. However, I will witness to them if opportunities exist and they want to hear about the Lord.
I can give you half a dozen good reasons why, so I'm not losing sleep over a Baptist preacher's comments that offended a bunch of freaks and the 6:00 news.
I've had more important differences with preachers than that.
