“
Let this mind be in you, which was also
in Christ Jesus: who,
being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: but
made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
and being
found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.”
Philippians 2:5-8
we needed a perfect intercessor a high priest So the lord provided
“For
it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; and
deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime
subject to bondage.
For verily
he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. Wherefore
in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
For in that
he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.”
Hebrews 2:10, 14-18 KJV
“Seeing then that
we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
For
we have not
an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but
was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
Hebrews 4:14-16
God became one of us , while in the flesh took the nature of a servant upon himself , made himself subject even when it took him to the cross he fulfilled his Will in the earth and then returned to his heavenly glory
but God was always in heaven even while he was walking upon earth God stepped from heaven into the earth for a time to save us and establish the future of mankind.
or rather it’s like he reaching his right arm into THe earth from heaven and working salvation for us
“Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and
the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment. And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and
his righteousness, it sustained him. For
he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon
his head; and
he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was
clad with zeal as a cloke.”
Isaiah 59:15-17
“And
I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.”
Isaiah 63:5
“Who hath believed our report? and
to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But
he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.”
Isaiah 53:1-2, 4-6
“O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: Because
his mercy endureth for ever. The right hand of the LORD is exalted: The right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly. I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of the LORD. The LORD hath chastened me sore: But he hath not given me over unto death.
Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD: This gate of the LORD, Into which the righteous shall enter. I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, And art become my salvation.
The stone which the builders refused Is become the head stone of the corner. This is the LORD's doing; It is marvellous in our eyes.”
Psalm 118:1, 16-23 KJV
God is able to exist In Heaven and also
Manifest himself on earth in the flesh like reaching his arm and hand into the earth to save
