What do you mean? People sin from their own choices. How do you sin? That would answer your question.
Where did you learn this from? The Bible doesn't teach this at all. People are born separated from God. That is called spiritual death. And therefore, every person needs to be born again, which is spiritual life.

What do you mean by "forbidden moral law"? What is that?
And believing in Jesus means to have full trust in His work on the cross on behalf of our sins. iow, He paid the full debt for our sins, and also trusting that He will save whosoever believes in Him for eternal life.
btw, Jesus died for everyone, but not everyone is delivered. So your theory has a big problem. I hope you see it.
