As a man, this has been a struggle. There are quite a few different females that I find attractive. But I want to talk specifically about two. i want to share a little bit about how i evolved. And what my conclusion is.

Before puberty, i liked thin girls with long blond hair. i sorta had a "girlfriend" in kindergarten that fit that description. Of course we were not a true couple. But as far as we were concerned at the time, we liked each other. But since I didn't pass kindergarten and had to take a year of readiness, I was held back a grade. She went on, and we never spoke again!

During puberty things began to change. I became most attracted to busty women. My interest in hair color gradually changed from blond to brunette. Then after some years went by, I noticed that on some days, I began liking super tall women. So this strange thing of one day liking the busty kind and then the tall lanky kind, didn't make me feel very well.

So I started asking myself. If I was presented with one of each, which one would i pick? I think the answer is, i would pick the one I got along with the best.

The sad reality about outward beauty, is it doesn't last. A relationship is built on what the two people are on the inside, and not on the outside. Yet, as long as Men have hormones. It's hard to reason with them. The human body doesn't care about morality.

I'm reminded of what God said to Samuel. Men looks at the outward appearance but God looks at the heart.

1 Samuel 16
Samuel Anoints David

16 The Lord said to Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, since I have rejected him as king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil and be on your way; I am sending you to Jesse of Bethlehem. I have chosen one of his sons to be king.”

2 But Samuel said, “How can I go? If Saul hears about it, he will kill me.”

The Lord said, “Take a heifer with you and say, ‘I have come to sacrifice to the Lord.’ 3 Invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what to do. You are to anoint for me the one I indicate.”

4 Samuel did what the Lord said. When he arrived at Bethlehem, the elders of the town trembled when they met him. They asked, “Do you come in peace?”

5 Samuel replied, “Yes, in peace; I have come to sacrifice to the Lord. Consecrate yourselves and come to the sacrifice with me.” Then he consecrated Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice.

6 When they arrived, Samuel saw Eliab and thought, “Surely the Lord’s anointed stands here before the Lord.”

7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

8 Then Jesse called Abinadab and had him pass in front of Samuel. But Samuel said, “The Lord has not chosen this one either.” 9 Jesse then had Shammah pass by, but Samuel said, “Nor has the Lord chosen this one.” 10 Jesse had seven of his sons pass before Samuel, but Samuel said to him, “The Lord has not chosen these.” 11 So he asked Jesse, “Are these all the sons you have?”

“There is still the youngest,” Jesse answered. “He is tending the sheep.”

Samuel said, “Send for him; we will not sit down until he arrives.”

12 So he sent for him and had him brought in. He was glowing with health and had a fine appearance and handsome features.

Then the Lord said, “Rise and anoint him; this is the one.”

13 So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon David. Samuel then went to Ramah.

It's definitely what's inside of a woman (or a man) that should matter the most.

"Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that fears the LORD, she shall be praised. " (Proverbs 31:30)

Beauty may only be skin deep but ugly goes to the bone....
However, it doesn't matter how pretty a woman is...familiarity breeds contempt. She won't look as pretty in a very short amount of time.
Meaning that if your relationship is built on something deeper than appearances it will actually last. You have to actually like her and what she is about. And she must demonstrate that she actually likes you for you...not things you buy, looks you have, or any of your other tokens.

Because the storms are coming. Who do you want to help you weather the storms? A ministry partner or the object of a missionary field?

Have at it...
And if it sells big and makes some money...just let me know about it. I don't want the money. Just knowing is enough.

I wanted to tell you guys this story.

Trying to balance my sexuality and my Christian beliefs drives me nuts. As I’ve posted before, meeting and talking to women online has been a chore. I’ve tried several different experiments with varying degrees of success. I tried something that some of you might think is stupid. I was thinking to myself, how can I get the female that I want to talk to me? I listened and read things about the proper way to setup online dating profiles. None of that information was any kind of help for me. I’m an honest person. And I’m also someone that kinda thinks outside of the box. I knew doing this, might get me into some trouble. But I felt that I was at the very end of my rope, and good things just wasn’t happening for me. I thought to myself “What do I haft to loose?”

I thought about my Christian faith, and I thought my attraction to busty women. I noticed some of the references to breasts in the bible. I compiled those scriptures together, and it seems to me that the reason why men like breasts is because God put something inside of us men to like them. I decided to go out on a limb and call myself Christian Boobman. Believe it or not, I actually got contacted by three different women, and one of them was a Pentecostal to whom I got to talk with over the phone.

I got the opportunity to share how I came up with my view from the scriptures. But that contact didn’t last. It had several problems, but I hope everything worked out for her.

What I don’t understand is how come so many people are so narrow minded. I’m ok with talking about just about everything. But you can’t make an entire friendship or relationship about just one subject. You can’t just sit around talking about breasts all day long! And that is almost exactly what happened with that experiment. As you can imagine, things just ran down from there, and everything ended.

Well, if you ask me (or even if you don't), it seems to me that you need a lot of help distinguishing between lust and love.

If all you're interested in is big breasts, then maybe you should visit a turkey farm.

Seriously, I'm a man, and I find some of your comments demeaning to women.

Here's a hint:

Women have a spirit and a soul, too.

Do you have any interest in those aspects of women?

I don't care if I take any flak for what I said to you.

Someone needed to say it, and it might as well be me.

Try becoming the type of man who will lay his life down for a woman while nourishing and cherishing her as your own flesh, and see what happens.

If you have to scheme to attract a woman, then there's something terribly wrong.

Terribly terribly wrong.

The experiment was conducted way back in 2012!

Unfortunately you always see the outward appearance first.. Nobody knows how they are going to treat someone else until they get to know them. Just like the scripture says " People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” Frankly we can't help it. That's why it takes a lot of time to learn the other person.

"We"?

I can help it.

Not only is one of the fruits of the Spirit temperance or self-control, but if our minds are truly renewed by the word of God, then we won't look at women as merely objects of selfish pleasure.

Instead, we'll be willing to sacrificially lay our lives down for them.

THIS is what God has ordained for marriage.

Seriously, you're off on the wrong foot, and you should really be concentrating on fixing yourself right now.

I'm sorry to have to be so blunt, but, again, somebody needs to tell you for your own potential good.

I read a lot of stuff about Lust. The more I read, and the more I prayed. The more I realized there seems to be no fix for it. It's just a cross that guys must carry until they die.

There's definitely a cure for it.

In essence, you're saying that the sin that entered into this world via Adam's disobedience is greater than the redemption that Christ made available through his sacrificial obedience.

Let that sink in...

The guy who regularly demeans women while lusting after their bodies is accusing me of being on a high horse?

That's rich.

Try genuine repentance in place of your ever present self-pity.

Yeah right! In other words your saying that if you genuinely repent then you won't sin anymore. What a bunch of crap!

It's not a matter of being without sin.

Instead, it's a matter of what we do when God reveals sin in our lives.

Again, you apparently esteem sin above the redemption that is found in Christ.

Christ has provided the cure.

If you're unaware of exactly how he has done the same, then just ask for help, and God will either help you directly or indirectly through Christians.

I struggled greatly with lust in the past, and I plainly stated as much on this forum my first time around here.

There is victory available over the same.

Wow.

Whereas the Bible speaks of bringing forth fruits worthy of repentance, you call it crap.

Like I said, you're off on the wrong foot.

Anyhow, I'll leave in your state of self-justification.

If you ever actually desire any help in overcoming your lust, then I'll be happy to help you with that.
