Your reply was illogical. You have Jesus rising on two days. You said, You are a desperate man, to have Jesus rising on the third day is against what you preach. You said Jesus was entombed for three full days but you have Him rising on the third day. That is crazy.
It's scriptural.
Scripture isn't perfectly clear if it was on the 3rd day or after 3 days had passed:
Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be
three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
This means not rising on the 3rd day but still in the grave until the 3rd day is complete.
Matthew 16:20 Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ.
Matthew 16:21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and
be raised again the third day.
Matthew 17:22 And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men:
Matthew 17:23 And they shall kill him, and
the third day he shall be raised again. And they were exceeding sorry.
Matthew 20:17 And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,
Matthew 20:18 Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death,
Matthew 20:19 And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and
the third day he shall rise again.
Matthew 26:61 And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and
to build it in three days.
Matthew 27:40 And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple, and
buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross.
Matthew 27:63 Saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said, while he was yet alive,
After three days I will rise again.
Matthew 27:64 Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first.
"After three days" differs with "on the third day".
Mark 8:30 And he charged them that they should tell no man of him.
Mark 8:31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and
after three days rise again.
"After three days" differs with "on the third day".
My proposal harmonizes "After three days" with "on the third day".
