Oh oh oh...
I've been drinking coffee and pricing coffee and doing cost analysis of various baked goods and COGS estimates and volume analysis for coffee shops and bakery...

I'm about sorry I picked this crap up....

But on the other hand it's nice to be somewhat working again. Soon enough I will get back to mind numbing work.

I'm trying to remember the British name of meat and potato hand pie. (Maybe it's in a tin). But it's beef and potatoes inside of a crust. *Sigh*
Too much thinking today.
