The Kill Switch
I have even seen scientific documents that not only can they read brain waves and send messages to your brain, they can even send something that would trigger a brain aneurysm to kill you. It just gives them so much more power and control.
I am thrilled to be alive at this time and seeing all these things we have read about being fulfilled right before our eyes. When I tell people this they get angry, these things are terrifying, we shouldn't be rejoicing. I'm not rejoicing at what Satan is doing, I'm rejoicing that God is faithful to do all that He said He would do and that includes shining a light on the evil one.
I can sympathize with those who are scared
But I get the point, we are all human, we all have fears and that includes me. There are some very real things that really sent me to my knees. For example, I can remember this vividly when I first got the news. I was 25 or 26, but that is not what I was thinking, my thought was "I am too young to be hearing this, I'm not ready, I have my whole life in front of me". I don't remember this woman's name but her face is seared into my memory. I was sitting in a chair, she was right in front of me hitting my forehead with a comb. Like everyone at first I was in denial, "I want another opinion". She had just told me I had a receding hair line, I was going bald!
This shouldn't have been a big surprise, my grandfather and uncle were both bald. It is just that you never think this will happen to you. There was a woman at the church, she was the mother of two very beautiful daughters and she told me that women like bald men, she was trying to comfort me and it was very helpful. So look, I can sympathize with those who say they aren't ready for this, they are too young, etc. But my feeling is that the Bible says that God will have them in derision and so I also will be one with God and hold the evil one in derision.
