The full Preterist view was first promoted by a Jesuit theologian in order to counter claims that the Pope was the Antichrist by pushing all the bible prophecies surrounding the last days into the remote past. There is a partial Preterist view that supports this version but still maintains that the second coming will occur in the future. I see the truth to be closer to this version.
None of the main positions regarding this subject are entirely satisfactory.

for fascinating study if one is interested. However the Bible is not a current secular history or geography book. It deals with populated areas of the earth and spiritual matters associated

The good news is Russia is a kind of let's let bygones be bygones country. Besides if there education system is anything like ours what Germany did to them in WWII is ancient history. I know the 30th anniversary of the collapse of the USSR is coming up for this Christmas. What a great Christmas that was with everyone rejoicing that we now had peace and security. I would think Russia would have a great big celebration planned. Maybe the Great Saint Nick from Russia will visit every home in the US this Christmas. They know if we have been bad or good and who knows better if this whole Russia hoax and Laptop from hell is real or not.

I agree up to a point but we don't know how long it will be before Jesus returns. I believe that the world will and is experiencing a time prior to the Antichrist being revealed. Jesus listed the worlds conditions leading up to his second coming in Matthew 23 and 24. Nations rising against nations
earthquakes famines and pestilences in many places wars and rumours of wars false Christs. If
anyone thinks that everything is fine and its only the media, conspiracy theorists Biden and Putin
that are making false claims. All I can say is that there is something very wrong with their world

So you can look at the previous verse to see that it's all true. But move forward is the greatest thing we could ever see. So now we know the Seven Spirits of God are the Seven Churches.

So there we have it. The greatest thing one could ever imagine: Right there in the Head of the Lamb is Seven Eyes that are said to be the Seven Spirits of God that were sent out into ALL THE EARTH. So We are on The Throne Just As Jesus Promised We would be. Therefore, We are Raptured off of the Earth and seated on Our throne, Immediately before all the Murder and Mayhem begins.

They may not be relevant to you but they are relevant to those who believe that all truth is found in God. Here is a few questions for you to ponder
If the Big Bang theory is correct what was it that went bang ?
Where did the thing that went bang come from originally?
Is this thing that went bang to be considered as God ?
If it wasn't God then where did it come from?
If it isn't God then someone must have created it.
Should that someone be considered to be God?
The final question is that whatever you conceive to be God you
can also take on board that He/She knows and motivates everything
that goes on in the world including the thoughts and aspirations
of all the world leaders including those in Russia
