The same greek word for "mansions" is only used in one other place as "abode":

JESUS Renewed the Partnership to Rule with GOD that Adam and Eve ruined by choosing their own definitions of Good and evil (their own plan of life). With JESUS in place, The Kingdom is Active now.

The Kingdom is not on the Earth right now. It does exist inside of believers but not outside of them yet. The above verse is a reference to when God the Father will leave heaven and live on the Earth which is in the eternity:
Rev 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

Again, the kingdom is inside of us but not outside of us. Currently the physical Kingdom is in heaven. It will be extended to the Earth at the second coming. When that happens, Jesus will be the sole ruler or King in the entire planet. Right now, we have huge amounts of kings and rulers and 99.99 percent of them are non-Christian/Atheist and serve satan whether they know it or not. Those people will have no power or authority when the real kingdom of God comes.

1. Gospel is preached everywhere
2. God gives the Holy Spirit to all of his elect. There will be very few of God's elect at the tail-end of the 1000 year spiritual period.
3. All of God's elect are mature to have a character like Jesus.
-The Seal of the Holy Spirit of promise that is only given to God's elects (Ephesians 1:13; Ephesians 4:30; II Corinthians 1:21-22; II Timothy 2:19, Revelation 7:3-4)
Salvation phase is over.
