And also why would a person deny this gift unless they have rejected It In their heart which would be the unforgivable sin and when a person gets like that there Is no longer ANY conviction from the HOLY SPIRIT.

While a good point I believe a further comment is needed.......
If you are suggesting that a person...oh...at the age of 12 does not respond to the Holy Spirit visiting him and urging him to repent...that that is a unforgivable sin while on this earth ...not so......it is until that person turns and repents.
If we reject The Holy Spirit for our life time then we have committed the unforgivable sin and upon judgement we will be condemned.
