By the word of the LORD, those three parts are completed into one FIRST RESURRECTION at HIS SECOND COMING.

Matthew 27:
51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;
52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

CORRECT - Just as it says in Revelation 20

Where‘s the OT saints? The church?

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

Firstfruits...

Amen

This is a no brainer my Brother for these Saints are not the Resurrection of the ENTIRE Body of Christ that will only occur at the LORDS SECOND COMING.

Are you that desperate to prop up a falsehood that you will look for scriptures and cut and paste them to pre-trib?

WOW, God have mercy on you brother - just WOW.

The Saints who are Resurrected are His Church/His Bride/His Elect/ Overcomers/Living Stones/Chosen in Him since the
foundation of the world - AMEN

Is this a resurrection? If so, then the resurrection in revelation is not the first overall resurrection, but the first resurrection of that dispensation. The Matthew resurrection is the firstfruits of the harvest.

Who are the armies that return with the Lord in ch. 19?

His mercies are new everyday.😀

How many Second Comings of our Lord Jesus Christ are there? - according to Scripture.

How many First Resurrections are there? according to 1 Thess 4 and Revelation 20

IMPORTANT: The Second Coming of the LORD brings with Him all the Saints who are in Heaven with Him now and all who will be killed up to the Day when He returns = 1 Thessalonians 4

There’s just one Second Coming and one First Resurrection.

Don't make yourself ignorant from the error of pre-trib.

I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words
1 Thess 4

Who are the armies that return with the Lord in ch. 19?
Rev. 19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
The armies that return with Jesus Christ are His saints! —"Onward Christian soldiers, marching as to war!" :)

I'd like to interject some thoughts into this thread.
Since the beginning of sin in the garden, all men are fallen men.

Over time in the study of the history provided by the word we see man's disobedience and God's anger and wrath, through 6000 years. What makes us think we are so special to escape?

Rulers of terror have come and gone and many have been slain under the quise of religions. God himself has orchestrated many invasions of the Hebrews for their rebellion and backsliding. Prophecy foretold and continues to foretell of tribulation, trials of fire and death to Jesus' followers. Persecution and suffering for Christ are honorable.
Did the Apostles ,the first churches, Hitler's Jews escape?

From the timeline of the OT we see the Hebrews faithfulness and their falls. We also see God's anger and wrath toward his wife.
Four thousand years and a new covenant is established with the birth of the Messiah, the saviour. Born of flesh and of the Spirit springs hope for ALL fallen mankind!
Again we see through history the terror and persecutions of Christ's followers up until today, this very minute.
Someone is being persecuted to death for their faith in Jesus right NOW!

I'm not sure at this point if I even believe any such word as rapture or it's meaning.
We are to be preparing our souls today for our appearance before our Lord,be it by natural death, murder,or whatever you choose to believe!

Thank you for sharing your wisdom - refreshing, sobering and true.

Who are the armies that return with the Lord in ch. 19?

The Lord Jesus Christ answers your question in 1 Thess 4: 13 -18.
Do not allow yourself to be led into error by men who twist scripture.

But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope.

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus

The Body of Christ/His Church eagerly awaits the Return of our Lord Jesus Christ. When He comes...... the dead in Christ will rise first.
"When He comes AT THE RESURRECTION/RAPTURE..."

This has nothing to do with the Second Coming of Christ to earth WITH all His saints and angels from Heaven.

On the contrary my brother - do not add to God's words or take away

even so? DavidTree: what do you think of those words in context?
