No I don't believe it's not over. Should I?

No, you should not believe it is over, nor should anyone else believe as such. But like we all agree, it's not over, and that does allow God through the Holy Spirit to do as He pleases. The fact of the matter is, until God returns, He can choose by any format to pour out His Spirit upon All Flesh. Acts Chapter two was just one example.

Even in days of John Wesley, he observed what he coined as Holy Shaking, running around, speaking in Tongues, being in that moment where even emotions are exemplified from the moving of the Holy Spirit. And John Wesley called this [Good, of God, Acceptable]. We have no idea what God is going to do before He sets the final Tribulation into order. He might do nothing. Or, He might awaken the Church Body with a final pouring out of His Spirit that results into a world wide Revival. No one knows.

But what we do know, no matter what God chooses to do, how He chooses to pour out His Spirit, there will be many who [are Deluded] into thinking it is not God. That is something we can most definitely bank on!

I'm still waiting for an answer to the question of whether there are any other scriptures that prophecy the Holy Spirit literally being poured out on all flesh before Jesus returns. You'd think something this important would be found elsewhere.

What shall we say about John Wesley? I'm convinced he was a fraud (blasphemy!). Yes he started what would become one of the largest and most prosperous denominations ever. Yes he worked himself to the bone travelling and preaching. Yes he was generous to the poor. And yes, many of his meetings were accompanied by "signs and wonders." But none of this proves he was led by the Holy Spirit and not John Wesley's spirit.

The man was a self-serving autocrat. He carried on numerous emotional affairs with women under his pastoral care while married. Today we'd call this abuse. He was verbally and emotionally abusive toward his wife. He was wishy-washy beyond belief. Every time he changed his mind he forced his new beliefs on everyone, and heaven help them if they disagreed. Personally, I think he was just a guy with a huge ego who started a religion. Even new religions can become popular and thrive given enough watering and will power. So it only follows, in my view, all the "signs and wonders" associated with John Wesley were no more impressive than they are today.

Not before. But after. We are on the verge of the events of Revelation 11 being fulfilled.

You may be misjudging Wesley or judging him harshly. He was definitely not a fraud from what is known about him.

It say the Holy Spirit will be poured out upon all flesh but it doesn't say all will be baptized in Him e.g He was poured out upon Simon Magus but the outcome for him was not good.

Luke says that Simon believed when Philip preached the Gospel to the Samaritans. No mention of the Holy Spirit being poured out on him. When Peter and John came to Samaria and started laying hands on folk to receive the Holy Spirit, Simon offered them money for the gift, but Peter turned him down flat. There is some evidence that he repented, but no evidence that he received the Holy Spirit. We can't read into the record what isn't there.

What this tells me is that receiving the Holy Spirit in salvation is not the same as being baptized in the Holy Spirit ... they Samaritans were saved but were not baptized in the Holy Ghost until the apostles turned up.

Simon was offering money for the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

He made a lot of his decisions by divination; specifically, lots and bibliomancy. Where in the Testament—except for the one time to decide who was to replace Judas—are we instructed to practice divination? There's no teaching at all that says we should use divination. If anything we should avoid it. It makes me wonder who really was behind Wesley's success.

It is not stated explicitly in the New Testament. However when you tie Joel's prophecy (stated by Peter) to the Second Coming of Christ (stated by Paul), and then the deliverance of Israel, you can make the connection with the prophecy of Ezekiel.

No, what I think is important is that [Last Days] is a reference to a period of time from which the Day of Pentecost until today is still considered the [Last Days].

So the real and true question you should be asking is, "When do the Last Days END"?

Because until the Last Days End, God's Spirit will continue being poured out upon All Flesh!
