Bang?

He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
(1Jn 4:8)

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
(Joh 14:6)

While some churches may be swapping conditional love for unconditional, The majority isn't the case. Some people can't distinguish between unconditional love & unconditional trust. There should never be unconditional trust in the church, with exception to the Godhead.

All may come to church, but not all are trusted to do as they say; for many say, but don't do.

What you don't understand is that the real manipulation is from the world that infiltrates the church to change its belief system & eventually its by-laws to take it over.

Just like the baker who was sued for not selling a wedding cake to a homosexual couple, the church has to be on constant watch for those who would destroy its reputation, painting the church as too rigid & one-sided, when in fact they are to be spiritually conservative & unbending in their standards of holiness.

Sowing sympathy for sinners who refuse to repent isn't unconditional love. That's just the sin of compromise trying to get its ugly foot in the door of the church.
I agree with this to be fair.

Regarding the homosexual couple and the cake, recall that the court decided that they had done nothing wrong.

lol, two can play that game...

Revelation 20:11-15 (NASB) Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

What does it mean for you?

For me it means he knows the uselessness of everything we do in this world but none of it matters for salvation

We argue about the trinity... we divide the one and insist on it

Like 1 Corinthians 12:12-27 they are parts of a single essence

We are invited to partake of that ala 2 Peter 1:4

It means there will be a Judgment to come. And those who have rejected Jesus Christ as their Savior from sin will be thrown into the Lake of Fire where they will suffer for ever.

Those who have received Christ will pass that Judgment...

John 5:24 (KJV) Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Also, again, John 17:20-26 is his desire for believers

Keep typing. Have a nice life...or what's left of it...

Isaiah 8:20 (KJV) To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

The words translated as triumph and disaster are the same as the book of knowledge

Some versions correctly translate it as such, the KJB does not because it is against their beliefs

Isaiah knew nothing of our notion of God vs Satan

It comes in after exile, and the Christians and Muslims run with it.. indeed, it creates the ferver for a Messiah because Zoroastrians believed there was one coming... and the end times comes from there too...

It is all against what Isaiah preached

I am Christian, except I say God is unity and Satan is division

If you want to be a Jew that is fine, Galatians says it is unnecessary and this has proved true in my life

Note that Jews don't follow Isaiah either though cuz post-exile stuff is included in many of their statements of dogma
