JESUS is a Saviour. Michael is a warrior.

Michael is an ambassador of GOD. Jeremiah 49:v.14 and Obadiah 1:v.1

It is Michael who will cast both the Beast and the false prophet into the lake of fire - Revelation 19-. It is Michael who will cast the old Serpent, called the Devil and Satan, into the bottomless pit.

It is Michael who makes War against the red Dragon and his messengers (2Corinthians 11:v.13 to 15), which deceiveth the whole world.

It is Michael who sounds the last Trumpet , even the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel - Michael -, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. - Daniel 12:v.2 and 1 Thes.4:v.16. And because the presence of Michael there will be great tribulation from now on or in he days ahead.

Michael is the angel from whom GOD said unto Moses would go before him to keep him: Exodus 23:v.20-22

20 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. (What's name was revealed to Moses? Exodus 3:v.15 - 15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.

22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

23 For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

See this testimony of Stephen: Acts 7:v.30-33

30 And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him -Moses- in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire in a bush. <--->Revelation 1:v.1 -

31 When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the Lord came unto him,

32 Saying, I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold.

33 Then said the Lord to him, Put off thy shoes from thy feet: for the place where thou standest is holy ground.

Revelation 1:v.1 and 10-13

1 - The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like(similar) unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

I wrote the Scriptures above because by your own words see that you knew not (now you know him) the archangel Michael.

John thought even to worship Michael: Revelation 22:v.8-9

8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
Jesus is also called Michael. You're getting close to the truth.
I noticed your red ex

You think Jesus was/ is NOT CREATOR as declared in John 1?

Or that God was mistaken on hebrews 1 where he declares Jesus is not an angel?

I not as sure that statement rings so true about their end times doctrine, I'm not that familiar with it, as I am that equating Michael to Jesus is effectively elevating Michael to status of God or denouncing Jesus' divinity... I don't think 'and' can be applied here.

Noah entered the ark...correct?

"Ark" is a type of " Gods dwelling place ...correct?
Both the ark and the church are lifted to heaven pre flood/trib and return post flood/trib

It is typology.

The pretrib raptured church goes up to Gods dwelling place.

Returns postrib.

As illustrated by Jesus using Noah.
Jesus uses Noah as a type.
intresting would that ark be a highway to one of Gods dwelling places in heaven. obviously you see those who go through it and return are saved. but do you see that this has allready happend for some people. or both,
Or are you just saying this is yet to come ?

I noticed and was going to ask her clarification as to her position regarding Jesus' divinity but, then I noticed that she'd been speedily disabled, along with Oseas3, from the privilege of reply so, I guess that's that.

Noah entered the ark...correct?
Right. For safety.

"Ark" is a type of " Gods dwelling place ...correct?
No. God never lived in an ark. The ark represented SALVATION from God's judgment on humanity by a flood.

Both the ark and the church are lifted to heaven pre flood/trib and return post flood/trib
Please provide the specific verses that indicated that the ark was "lifted to heaven". What kind of Bible do you read?

It is typology.
Maybe your error is just a typo.

The pretrib raptured church goes up to Gods dwelling place.
And what verse tells us this?

Returns postrib.
Everyone knows this His SECOND Advent. Which is when the "gathering"/rapture occurs. Matt 24:31 and 2 Thess 2:1.

As illustrated by Jesus using Noah.
Jesus uses Noah as a type.
The typology is salvation, not a contrived rapture.

why do you assume that the wise will flee to "heaven"?

Gods people in the ark right before the flood.

Gathered and removed.
10 VIRGINS....THE SAME
Yes. Until the flood, both Lot and Noah had to live with those wicked with giants around. They didn't escape until the very end, which doesn't go with Pre-Trib in the first place unlike ppl keep relating to it like you did.

noah returned post trib/flood
I see where you all pre-tribbers stand now.

You all think tribulation is the end of days (= the wrath of God.)

Jesus' words confirmed it wasn't:
Matthew 24:13 "But the one who perseveres to the end will be saved. "
Luke 21:12 "But before all this, they will seize you and persecute you. "

The wrath of God comes to kill the evil, so why would anyone under it be saved? Logic dictates it isn't. it would mean God will punish those who preach, which is a stupid way of thinking.

ORPHAN! WE NEVER GOT AN ANSWER WHETHER SHE WAS AN APOSTATE JEHOVAH WITNESS OR NOT.

WHY did they ban her? I'm going to confront them.
Do so at your own risk! :p I figure one forum rule of conduct or another must've been reason so you might do better to review them first before arguing it.

Wrong.

Mat 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

this:

G3778
????t??, ????t??, a??´t?, a??´ta?
houtos houtoi haute¯ hautai
hoo'-tos, hoo'-toy, how'-tay, how'-tahee
Including the nominative masculine plural (second form), nominative feminine signular (third form), and the nominate feminine plural, (fourth form). From the article G3588 and G846; the he (she or it), that is, this or that (often with the article repeated): - he (it was that), hereof, it, she, such as, the same, these, they, this (man, same, woman), which, who.

The verse equally can be translated as, "Verily I say unto you, THAT generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled."

Many people use "this generation" as supposed proof Jesus meant the one he lived in and was speaking to but that is faulty since the word equally can mean "that" so we would have "that generation".

Since the generation he lived in and was speaking to did not see the sun and moon go dark, stars fall, the sign of the son of man nor saw the son of man coming, nor the angels gathering the elect which would have included the disciples means without a doubt Jesus was speaking of a future generation.

Mark 13
King James Version
13 And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!

2 And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,

4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.

8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

15 And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:

16 And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

18 And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.

19 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:

22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:

29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.

30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

34 For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

35 Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:

36 Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

All types and all figurative examples , as well as parables , can be , through reframing, used to promote error.

Noah is just a segment of history. An actual event.

However he figuratively represents a future gathering, with immediate family, and extended family left behind, and those gathered rising into the heavens, above the earth for a time frame, then returning to earth after judgement to start a new era.

The pretrib rapture is exactly that.

Question to postribs.

Jesus said this
Mat 24
""30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.""

Then in the same breath that "this generation shall not pass till all these things be fulfilled( the second coming on white horses in vs 30)"

Do you realize you are saying the 2nd coming had ALREADY HAPPENED?????

I think this analogy by ewq is kinda redundant inasmuch as the word "ουτος" essentially means "the same". There is no way to distinguish between "This" and "That" in Koine Greek except through the context. (ex. man attacked a girl. The same man was imprisoned. I think "The same" here may technically be paraphrased as "That" rather than "This" because the actions in question are not in the immediate past though both work.)

In the case of Matthew 24:34, there is no "generation" to refer to in the immediate past, and therefore the use of "that" would not work, but you can determine that Jesus was addressing "a generation" that is not specific to any "years", and that applies to everybody-the generation that was in front of Him. Hence, "This" generation seems to be correct. (Ref. Mat 3:17)

As for the word "Generation" there, as you see in Luke 11:30-32, it doesn't have to mean a set of people living at the same time. As was stated most evidently by Jesus in Mat 24:34, we're practically all in the same generation that they were in--an evil generation.
