what kind of bread have you been making? Most recipies I've seen for bread are more along the lines of oil, flour, water, salt, yeast and sometimes some sugar. But I rarely make bread and I know there are all sorts of cake like breads just waiting to be made and called bread (I'm looking at you banana bread and pumpkin bread).

Ahem! REAL BREAD is not made with eggs and milk. If you make bread with eggs and milk you have violated the purity of the bread and committed bread heresy. You will no longer be welcome with those of us who believe in the one true bread.
