Okay, so does Dr Pepper actually contain pepper? And if Coke actually contained “coke” wouldn’t people be trying to inhale it?

And if Mississippi got a New Jersey, then what would Delaware? Idaho, but Alaska.😳

okay, im done. 😂 Relieved???

Fun fact: yes, Coca-Cola, once upon a time, DID technically contain cocaine. The original formula used coco leaves, which had trace amounts, but they switched to a process that eliminated the cocaine in 1903.

I just know because I lived through the time when Coca-Cola, seeing Pepsi's immense success with a reformulation, tried to introduce "New Coke" to the masses. The new recipe was so reviled that due to public backlash, Coke went back to its old (also cocaine-less) formula.

This conversation about sweet bubbly drinks has been interesting...

If anyone would like to see this carried out further, I'm going to give this subject its own dedicated thread in the Family Forum (I often write there so that our married friends won't feel awkward participating in the Singles Forum.) :)

Hope to see you there!

I have heard that's where the famed London Fog comes from.
I've been to London, but I didn't see the Queen. Also it was sunny when I was there.

Now they have a King, and its descended into the dark ages. I don't think I would go back.

The British Royal family has always been controversial. Are we allowed to gossip about them? Cos I know a heap about them from reading Woman's Day magazines at the doctors.
