Was the Garden of Eden, literally Heaven on Earth? Was the Earth already fallen except for the Garden?

And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil:
At least he didn't lose his arms seeing that it is written in Genesis 3:22;
and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
Humm, is that why the man, not the male and female was driven out of the garden of Eden.
And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. Gen 2:8
Since the term create infers bringing something into existence which has never existed before in form or substance prior to being created. This is where it get interesting for those who can rightly divide the word of truth but then again there will always be those who lean to their own understanding and try to divide the word of God.
Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
Gen 3:23
So he drove out the man;
Gen 3:24

No religion. And its not an idea. I don't know how you can think that Jesus His Pre-Eminence has a beginning yet HE is GOD. It is written that the trinity is co-equal and co-eternal. How can GOD the Father have no beginning, yet GOD the Son has a beginning? That should show you it was Adam, the first Man speaking here. And that is who Job is in the similitude of; Adam and the Fall of Man.
GOD asked Job this, Proverbs is where it was answered.
Job 38
2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?
3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.
4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
8 Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?
9 When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,
10 And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,
11 And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?
12 Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;
Proverbs 8
22 The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.
23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
24 When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.
25 Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:
26 While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
28 When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:
30 Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him;
31 Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with the sons of men.
