Paul wrote to the body of Christ at Rome. What's doctrine for the body of Christ 2,000 years ago stands today. James is written to the nation of Israel not the body of Christ.

I regularly refute the nonsense that one of them preaches, and he regularly evades my questions and/or replies when they clearly point out the error of his ways.

As sad as that is, God is still trying to reach him with the truth, and not just via my posts, but also through the posts of several others on this forum as well.

If he continues to harden his heart and stiffen his neck in relation to the same, then that's ultimately on him.

In the interim, I'll continue to try to reach him with the actual truth of God's word, and if not him, then others here who might be led astray by his errors.

It's an unenviable task for sure, but somebody's got to do it...even if it seems as if it's all in vain.

That is tribulation doctrine for the nation of Israel. This could have taken place 2,000 years ago, but because of the Jew's rejection, Daniel's 70th week has been postponed. Remember, James was written prior to Paul's epistles.
