What happened to my new thread? No approval given, thread deleted from my account

What happened to my thread? I posted and received your alert it is awaiting moderation. Never received an email back and the thread is deleted from my account, as if I never composed or submitted it? Can you retrieve it?
 
I just looked at your history, there are "0" threads by you that have not been approved (or removed after the fact).
 
I pressed "start a thread" like I always do. I typed out the thread, pressed "preview" then pressed submit. I got the response "awaiting moderation, we'll notify when it goes live". It's been wiped out and I never have received a response.

maybe something happened in the waiting part ... perhaps internet coding ...
 
Yes. Where did you find it? I can't see it anywhere, and never received an email saying it went live. Thank you thank you

It can be easy to not realize how much you post and not realize how quickly things can be moved back. But, yes, it does pay to look a little further still.
But in this case it was still on page one. Perhaps not getting a confirmation he didn't check? Do people get notified when threads are approved? It's been a long time since I've created one, but I don't remember getting alerted.

I have no idea. For the obvious reason, any thread that I post doesn't go through the screening process.

If you were to post a new thread it would automatically post. You are a long term user that along with some others your threads will bypass the screening process.

Can anyone find mine? I posted a thread it was showing (to me) waiting approval and then dissapeared, checked my posts looked on the second page, its gone. I dont understand what went wrong.

Until a thread is approved it will not show in the forums to any user (other that Admin) including the OP. Depending on different circumstances a new thread (or profile for that matter) may be approved within seconds or it can take 12 hours or more at times.

Other than the site owner, those of us who screen content are volunteers and log in as we have time. Most days I will clear the approval queue first thing in the morning (US Mountain Time) and then again in the evening (typically I check it periodically through the evening) when I get home from work but that is not a guarantee since I do have obligations to my church community several evenings through the month.
