Parler was not involved in inciting insurrection. That is a lie! Ony the left lying Democrats and foolish snowflakes would come up with such lie.
Except it was Trump and his followers who radicalized these peopleby convincing them that the election had been stolen from them when they in fact legitimately lost
Google made the decision parler due to their failure to moderate hate speech and threats of violence
this is how the free market works. A business can decide not to do business with someone else

Sort of true but sort of false.

You can refuse service to anyone for any reason UNLESS they are discriminating against a federally protected class. Some states, California for example, expand on the protected class and include political affiliation. Of course there are loopholes that can and will be used by these big social media corporations. They have the means to get by quite easily unfortunately.

that is not true, once the courts have ruled on that case from precedence then you will know if it is a violation of rights. Context of the case.

no it was not that was the Antifa BLM who did it. The only thing the POTUS did was give them an opportunity to do what they wanted Trump to do all summer. The POTUS said protest Peacefully. the media would not even play it where he said that repeatedly. And the election was stolen YOU really think Biden got more votes than Obama did? LOL hahaha, Trump kicked the DNC behind they used a pandemic to cheat.

nope there is zero evidence to suggest that antifa had anything to do with this
one of the first things they called does is convince you that everyone else is lying
Everyone is lying except Trump...riiiiiggt

That's not what "civil" in civil court means whatsoever. Often times civil cases don't even involve breaking the law, but rather a financial compensation due to someone elses negligence or actions.
there are many people in jail for violating one's civil rights.

Really? A cake baker comes to mind. Do you remember?

The courts got involved because a gay couple wanted to force a
Christian baker to make them something that was not on his menu.

He was willing to sell them anything he had available,
but that was not good enough for the gay couple.

So they sued. Thank God they lost.

The case went all the way to the Supreme Court.

"Hate speech" is a lie created by the socialist left., Anyone who disagrees with a Democrat is hate speech. saying the following is hate speech to aa democrats leader today and Bernie Sander AOC socialist here is hate speech to these foolish leaders:

  1. saying homosexuality is a sin
  2. using the words HE, SHE, Mother, father
  3. saying sexual preference
  4. saying BLM and ANTIFA are rioters
  5. saying All lives matter
  6. Voting and supporting President Trump
  7. calling the China virus the " China Virus".
  8. asking for voter ID in all states
  9. asking for all to come in legally into the United States
  10. having restrooms for males and females only
  11. preventing transgender child abuse
  12. Being a Conservative Christian
  13. teach the Bible as the word of God
and that is just off the top of my head.

Gay wedding cake versus inciting insurrection
The principle you cited was:

A business can decide not to do business with someone else

So can a business owner decide, or not? Many think not.

You don't have a civil right to someone else's property or services
remember that when you socialist types want us to give up our so-called wealth for the betterment of all. Don't get mad when some start to use force to keep what you just said was not yours to give to a dead beat. Rember that when CNN lied and was sued for wrongfully asserting hate to a young catholic boy who sued them BIG time. YOu can use your business any way you like but you can't use tax dollars and protection that come from Congress and the Senate and suppose to be working under the Consumer laws they do not get the breaks once they violate the laws. The Democrats can laugh it up right now but they are in for a big awaking that will make the "woke " movement look like a nat on camel's back.

homocakes versus violation of free speech
For the 55 millionth time there's no such thing as free speech on social media.
You agree to their terms and conditions upon creating your account
I say we let the free market decide what is or isn't acceptable
Imagine I ran a restaurant and refuse service to black people. It wouldn't take long before I was out of business

FYI Free speech is what happens on social media do you pay for Twitter and Facebook? NO, you don't. Do you pay for the search engines like Google? No, you don't. SO you don't know what you're talking about.

yeah you still have your first amendment rights. Just do it on another platform as Google is under no obligation to give you a platform

social media sites like Facebook and Twitter are mostly paid for by advertisements and sponsors
I'm not sure what that has to do with them having the right to enforce theirterms and conditions that you will agree to upon creating your account
