I believe you could lose salvation in the OT ,just like it will be the case during the tribulation.Not so today .

Eternal security was given to all men of all ages from the begining of timeNot so . Today we recieve remission AND redemption immediately upon faith on Jesus. Thats what eternal security today is based on .
God reconciled the world through Christ's atoning work . Thats the message of reconciliation we share. That everyone's sins have been dealt with and he died for them . But unless they RECEIVE the atonement they will not be glorified. Only those that RECEIVE Jesus benefit from the work on the cross. they are not reconciled due to unbelief

People are condemned because of lack of faith. How many times does this need shown
he who believes is not condemned, he who does not believe is condemned already because they have not believed
