Amazing how quickly our true legal experts came to a decsion.

Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas indicated they would have allowed Texas to bring the case, but said they would "not grant other relief."

None of Trump's appointees indicated they saw any merit in the lawsuit.

It is truly amazing how fast despite the evidence. Things are going to get interesting.

Perhaps more like ... "lack of evidence."

However, this was more about federal undermining the states, something a conservative should not favor actually, and really that was not going to happen.

The evidence just based on the abuse of state and federal law was evident enough.

This was a lawsuit that had no merit whatsoever. States trying to overturn another state’s election results? That’s an attack on states rights, the Constitution and whatnot.

Either their legal counsel can’t tell subpar from subpoena, or it’s just another Trump day in court.

I think if people were objective they would recognize it was an attempted "coup."

Looks like Trump’s justices were the right picks after all. He done good on that one leastways.
If they thought there was merit in the case they would made a statement about it.

The term “objective” left this country a long time ago. We have resorted to being a nation of natural born polarized people out of touch with reality.

It is really something to watch from the outside, the polarizing elements are evident, however, many cannot see the forest for the tees.

Well well well I am going to have to debunk those two red X's.
Your credibility is crashing on the rocks of willful ignorance. How in the world are you two going to redeem yourselves now???

American Mathematical Society: The most irrational number
www.ams.org/publicoutreach/feature-column/fcarc-irrational4
you didn't even read the page you linked, eh?

it contains no proof, nor even a definition of 'most irrational'

what it states about convergent subseries is true for any integer multiple of phi -- therefore ((as previously intimated)) there are infinitely many irrational numbers with equally poor convergent approximations.

you don't know what you're talking about, and to people who do, you look dumber every time you bring it up.

Again with your false information.

Dec 11 2020The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

It is a case of not willing to admit he is wrong, how many times has he presented incorrect info and skirts around it.

Same ole same ole.

So who’s gonna be president after what the SCOTUS has ruled?

It ain’t bad at all. This shows that the justices are loyal to the Constitution and America.
Ignorance is going to destroy more things that most people will give it credit for. But then, isn't that what ignorance is about and why it is dangerous?

The constitution was thrown out the window by the states named in the case brought by Texas

Half the Supremes have ignored the constitution for years anyway
