Where are they that they can be consulted?
They don't exist, that's my point. The originals don't exist so copies of originals can't be authenticated against them. We are only left with forensic evidence for accuracy.

A translators educated guess is called hearsay and that is not circumstantial evidence.
The validity of manuscript evidence is not tested in a court of law and therefore the charge of "hearsay" is completely without relevance.

We are left with a mountain of physical evidence in the form of manuscripts. Yes, they are copies, but the copies can be compared to determine which is the most likely original wording. That's the science of textual criticism.

That is my point also :)

Based on this alone, you should see you cannot claim the KJV is the only pure English translation.

Simply because you cannot know what the originals actually said.

You can’t even figure out which verses belong in the Bible and which don’t. A mountain of opinions isn’t a science.

I know Christ and see the character and personality of Christ all over the pages of the KJV.

Providing the definition of hearsay does not do anything to establish its relevance to this topic.
I think you’re under the impression that hearsay only exists in a court of law. It doesn’t, it exists everywhere.

well, all translations that aren't the KJV are copyright and have changed in the text, unlike the KJV. In revelation it says not to change the word of God. I have read the niv, nlt, cev and others, and, have checked them against the KJV; it's your choice which translation you read, but I recommend the KJV.
Since when was the KJV the standard measure against which to test other translations?

Also, the KJV was printed under the 17th-century equivalent of a copyright, so your first argument is moot.

Please do some more research instead of repeating long-refuted arguments.

As do others using different translations :)
In the other thread I brought up the different resurrections between the two translations. Which one is the right one?

Christ isn’t double minded, one of those is of Christ and the other isn’t.

The KJV does not have a monopoly on this ;)

Amen...
It is kind of like saying " Only reading the KJV bible brings the good news of Salvation , you won`t find the good news in any other bible "

There's way more to the Christian life than making it in by the skin of your teeth. :)

I saw that, but do not know to which verses in particular you are referring.
