They are faithfully following Jesus commands.
Matthew 10:5
“These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:”
Do you think they are being disobedient in Acts 11 ?
No, I think they're purposefully ignoring the posting that explains all that. Posts 1,211 and 1,212Jesus gave them new commands after the resurrection. Didn’t you get the memo?
John 10:16. All the verbs are future tense. Hadn’t begun to be fulfilled yet. If the verbs were in present or past tense you would have a valid argument
They’re not. So you don’t.
Exegesis 101. Interpret gramatically
Jesus gave them new commands after the resurrection. Didn’t you get the memo?
Matthew 28:18-20. Acts 1:8, Luke 24:47-48. etc.
After Jesus said preach the Gospel to every creature and make disciples of all nations, it wasn’t time yet?
If we are not saved eternally, then Jesus mission to earth was a fraud.
Those in Christ do not make a habit of sinning. If they do they are not in the covenant of grace.
Is that what Acts 10 says with regard to Peter?
Acts 10:44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell on[dt] all those who heard the message.[du] 45 The[dv] circumcised believers[dw] who had accompanied Peter were greatly astonished[dx] that[dy] the gift of the Holy Spirit[dz] had been poured out[ea] even on the Gentiles, 46 for they heard them speaking in tongues and praising[eb] God. Then Peter said, 47 “No one can withhold the water for these people to be baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did,[ec] can he?”[ed] 48 So he gave orders to have them baptized[ee] in the name of Jesus Christ.[ef] Then they asked him to stay for several days.

Unto the end means, death. We are eternally saved in life and shall find that out at our death.I believe Jesus save us if we endure unto the end.
Matt 24:13
But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.”
I kind of agree that those in Christ do not make habit sinning, but as long as we still live, we have a chances to repent from habit sinning. Or we are under these verse
1 cor 6
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous[a] will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
Not inherit the kingdom of God or not save.
Ahead of time? If you read Acts 11 you'll see Peter defended his actions in Acts 10.Peter was as astonished as the rest of the Jewish believers when Cornelius was saved "ahead of time" (Acts 10:45).
That was the reason why in Acts 11, when the other Jewish believers who were not there asked him why he ate with gentiles, he did not refer them back to the Great Commission given in Matt 28. He referred back to what happened in Acts 10 instead.
For good reason, everyone who understood Jesus at Matt 28 understood that Jesus was not referring to preaching the gospel of the kingdom to the gentiles immediately, as stated in Matthew 10:5.

The Gentiles Receive the Holy Spirit
Acts 10:44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell on[dt] all those who heard the message.[du] 45 The[dv] circumcised believers[dw] who had accompanied Peter were greatly astonished[dx] that[dy] the gift of the Holy Spirit[dz] had been poured out[ea] even on the Gentiles, 46 for they heard them speaking in tongues and praising[eb] God. As far as lordship salvation and easy believism goes, salvation is only on this wise. If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the lord Jesus (confess that he is God almighty and sovereign over people places and things), and shalt believe (believe on, trust in) thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be s a v e d. This verse is simply stating that even though man is insufficient to save himself, if he will see God as the sovereign who humbled himself to become man and pay our sin debt, and trust him to do just that, he will save you. But it has to be 100 percent reliance upon the grace of God. Not I’m trusting Jesus 90 percent and the other 10 percent I’m trusting my repentance, commitment, baptism, etc. I must place my full weight upon Jesus and him alone for my right standing before God. Anything less is short of Gods grace.
Peter was as astonished as the rest of the Jewish believers when that happened. (Acts 10:45).

The Acts of the Apostles book is a continuation of the Book of Luke. It is the doctrine Jesus taught being carried forth. Hence, Acts (Actions) of the Apostles.acts is a transition period for the church from Christ to New Testament doctrine. The acts wasn’t a doctrinal book. It was a transitional period
Matthew 28 tells us Jesus told his 11 apostles go and make disciples of all nations. The circumcised believers of acts 10 were not on the mountain with Jesus when he gate the Great Commission to his 11 apostles.
The circumcised believers in Acts 10 would know of the Messiah prophecy being they were Jews prior to their conversion.
Therefore, when seeing the holy spirit fall upon the gentiles gathered in Acts 10 those circumcised believers would naturally be astonished because in Judaism the teaching's they'd have learned would pertain to Messiah of the Jews, not gentiles.
