Many like to spiritualize every nook and cranny of the bible instead of just accepting the simple truth of the inspired words and embracing them for what they say....

SINFUL FLESH is clear enough and if we take the route suggested that suggested Christ had a sinful NATURE.....and that is NOT IMPLIED ANYWHERE in scripture as the SINFUL nature comes from the father.....hence the virgin birth!

UG this is how I’ve felt about most of you here. Theres so much you all are Missing.

This thread is foundation and Decon does it well. But, it’s like plowing the ground over and over...

You guys aren’t seeing what all you have inherited from Father through Son.

Light. I tried to tell you at one time that our white robes are actually being clothed in light. His glory. It’s His presence within us. He wants each of us to carry His presence and do His work.

Adam and Eve were of light. When they fell, their bodies and all creation with them then received human corruption.

We are reversed. Sons of light.

Flesh has two meanings in Greek. One is like meat, both human and animal. , the other is human nature.

The Bible is dual too. Literal/spiritual. Eyes mean both. Understanding still connected to this realm, and heavenly, connected above. Born from above. Ringette any bells?

Yes it is foundation yes... but I do know a bit more than what I present here ..... you know it is more about defending on this thread.

It took me a long while to really get up to speed on the truth/scripture on a deeper level that really negates NOSAS.. I think all that happened for a reason.

i am not sure what you think I/we am/are missing?

This is not speaking of nature....You have to choose...IF YOU deny this is an actual reference to FLESH then by default YOU are implying NATURE....BOTH of you are wrong....the implication is FLESH not nature

For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh

The walk of the Spiritual man and woman. And my finger points at myself too UG. I’ve been taught Sonship from my beginning but now I’m older and am just starting to really understand what this is about.

The millenials are getting it though. I want to see it happen.

Like I was mentioning in the thread about signs and wonders by CS1, all of us are the protagonist of our own movie screen.

Its very hard for us to change the images of ourselves, and others, in our own movie screens.

weak as it was through the natural man. But Jesus is supernatural. A word that’s been twisted in many minds to only mean demonic.
