Falling back in unbelief altogether is signified by a conscious return to the old life altogether.
That's an obvious falling away.
The truly dangerous falling away is denying the gospel like the Galatians and the Corinthians did all the while thinking you still have it.
They were Christians who exchanged the Jesus who saved them for a Jesus who can't save them.
That's what the new osas does.
It changes the Jesus who only saves those who believe and trust in him into a Jesus who saves those who don't believe in him.
Even the old style osas didn't do that!
