You are are happy to dish it out but not willing to listen.
I will, and do, listen to anything you have to say.
What happens is you people don't want me to disagree with it.....or else.
That's very childish.
That's why I'm telling you people to grow up into that which actually does matter in Christianity.
Your osas doctrine is hardly what matters in the faith.
You people are majoring in a minor.
You people need to grow up into that which actually matters and counts in the life of the Christian.

You got offended when I said John 5:24 was milk knowledge.
And I showed you where the Bible says it's milk knowledge.

So, then, you now see John 5:24 really is milk knowledge, right?

I listen to what everybody says.
I do not get offended when you or anybody else does not agree with me.
But you people get angry and offended when someone doesn't agree with your precious osas doctrine.
And offended when you're told to grow up into that which really matters in the faith.

The Fruits of the Spirit
Nope didn't get offended, just proffered my thoughts. I still disagree.
I do not get offended when you disagree with me.
But I get offended when you accuse OSAS believers that we consider it's ok to sin and not want to move on to maturity (that was the post you did not respond to)

You in fact got very angry a while back and attacked @mailmandan and if memory serves me you infered he was not saved and a child of the devil.

You attacked him.

We all need to grow up and want to be like our Father in heaven but you accuse those that you disagree with don't want to.

PS it's fruit and not fruits.

Im disagreeing with and not with, an or else.
And truth is I can't see others doing it either, but you perceive so.

If the OSAS doctrine does not hardly what matters in the faith why attack it?

@Judges1318

This is the post that I said you did not address

And I'm tired of people who accuse those that believe OSAS are excusing sin and promoting sin when in fact they are not.

Which you do generally on here without having the courtesy to ask.

Furthermore we know Paul says that where sin abounds so does grace, but don't abuse that grace as a license to sin.

Everyone I know here knows that and believes that and DO NOT PREACH THE OPPOSITE.

What you espouse and accuse on here is truly sickening.

You in fact got very angry a while back and attacked @mailmandan and if memory serves me you infered he was not saved and a child of the devil.
I bawled all you people out for being big babies.
I was out of the forum for a while and I came back to see this infantile back stabbing.
I called it out.
Mmd did admit he was provoking me, thinking I was lurking.
It just so happened that I did come back to the forum the day he did that.
He does not know the schemes of the devil.

Im disagreeing with and not with, an or else.
And truth is I can't see others doing it either, but you perceive so.
Open your eyes.

If the OSAS doctrine does not hardly what matters in the faith why attack it?
Because it keeps you from growing up into what really matters.
Because you think you've already arrived.

You osas folks are exactly the kind of people Paul was talking about here:

"you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but tremble. 21For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either." - Romans 11:20-21

Speaking generally here, but osas'ers are some of the most arrogant people I know in the church.
Their hardened dogma has them so sure they can never be cut out of the tree.
They're so arrogant and closed minded they can't even see Paul telling them to stop being so arrogant.

They don't listen, they just know what they insist that you believe.
They are everything the world hates about the church.
It's sickening.

I'm speaking generally of the osas camp.
If it doesn't apply to an osas'er reading this, then it's not directed to you.

OH, OH! 6660, is anybody, superstitious ? ? ?

I think Judges1318, is! TOO LATE, YOU ALREADY POSTED ON THIS PAGE, oh my, LOOK OUT NOW?

To explain why I AM NOT, IT IS THE I.D. of a MAN. IT SAYS SO!

Revelation 13:15-18 (HCSB)
15 He was permitted to give a spirit to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast could both speak and cause whoever would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
16 And he requires everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on his right hand or on his forehead,
17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark: the beast’s name or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom: The one who has understanding must calculate the number of the beast, because it is the number of a man. His number is 666.

We live in a digital AGE, and the Antichrist will make it MANDATORY or ELSE YOU WILL BE BEHEADED.

The Likely Scenario, was designed by Henry Kissinger just ahead of the year 2000, when they thought the year 2000, would CRASH every single COMPUTER. So he was Hired to design an emergency, where every currency in the World, could be switch of to a fully emergency plan, to HANDLE ALL THE WORLD'S bank accounts. All Microchips are currently on a 15 digit system, they would have to add a three numbers to the current Microchip number. And then every individual would have a separate unique NUMBER, to serve as his Bank Account number.

The First six would be the Country and City in which we LIVE.
The Second six would be geographical location of that individual's front door.
The Third six would be the N.W.O. I.D. of the individual's living at that ADDRESS.

It would work, and ONE SUPER COMPUTER Could handle the Entire Worlds banking transactions.
And then we would have that Cashless Society, implemented by the Antichrist, himself.

THESE, ARE SOME OF THE WORLD'S, SUPER COMPUTERS. I reported this on Bible-Discussions,com back early 2001, if I remember right. I had to assume almost NOBODY even want to hear that in 2001, there were only 2 SUPER COMPUTERS, in the world back then, because ALMOST EVERYBODY LAUGHED AND MADE FUN of what I thought 666 actually means. NOW LOOK AT THE LAST PICTURE I POSTED, that Machine is CALLED "TRINITY", they labeled it GOD! THAT OFFENDS ME TO THE MAX, BUT THAT IS THE WORLD's direction that it is going.

ALMOST nobody is LAUGHING NOW!

Even on Jan. 28, 2019, many were STILL LAUGHING, when I posted a similar study on this site.

If anyone wants to read it here is the link.

He really was forgiven, for free.
And that free gift was taken back.
Jesus said this is how it is in the kingdom and how the Father will treat each one of us under these circumstances.

Osas says the man was 'not really' forgiven, even though the passage plainly says he was.
Of course, it has to say that to dispel any suggestion contrary to it's doctrine that says God never takes back free gifts.
Jesus is referring to the Pharisees who never had faith to begin with, hence the treatment.

Me too.
That's called 'having faith'.
But so many are sure what you describe is the works gospel.
You're counting on yourself for salvation. If you lose your faith you lose salvation, thus Jesus has nothing to do with your salvation until after you die. Until then it’s all you. Heresy 101.

Acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is the obedience that Paul is speaking about. Romans 10:9-10 says it all.
I was talking about Romans 6:16, where he says "sin unto death". Have any idea what "sin" is? I let the New Testament tell you: "Sin is the transgression of the law." 1 John 3:4 KJV

From previous conversations in the past, I've noticed that works-salvationists typically ignore "servants of obedience unto righteousness" (Romans 6:16) and simply stress "obedience unto righteousness" as if works of obedience that "follow" saving faith in Christ are "unto righteousness," as if we are saved by works.

In regards to Romans 6:16, there is a contrast here between servants. There are only two kinds of servants in this world, in the spiritual sense - "servants of sin unto death," or "servants of obedience unto righteousness."

When we place our faith in Jesus Christ for salvation/believe the gospel by trusting in His finished work of redemption as the all sufficient means of our salvation, we then become "servants of obedience unto righteousness."

Being servants of sin is put in the past tense. Paul goes on in Romans 6:18 - "You have been set free from sin and have become servants of righteousness."

*Notice in Romans 10:10 - For with the heart one believes unto righteousness..

*Notice in Romans 4:5 - But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith (not works) is accounted for righteousness.
When you say "works/salvationalists", are you referring to OSAS folks? Because the only people I see working up a sweat are those who are desperately trying to make the false idea OSAS true.

I’m talking about those who teach that salvation is by faith AND WORKS contrary to scripture. (Romans 4:2-6; Ephesians 2:8,9; Titus 3:5; 2 Timothy 1:9 etc..).

What do you mean 'all up to me'?
I couldn't believe my way out of a wet paper sack except for God giving me the faith to believe.

read it again. he did not ask for forgiveness.
he asked for time.
he said he would repay it himself. 10,000 bags of gold - a ridiculously large sum.

the servant fell on his knees before Him.
‘Be patient with me,’ he begged, ‘and I will pay back everything.'
(Matthew 18:36)

we are talking about a man who thinks he can save himself. who thinks he can pay his own debt of sin.
this is not a believer -- a believer says, i cannot pay; i need a saviour.

the Master took pity and graciously wiped away his debt -- but erasing the debt is not what the man asked for.
the man despised the grace of the Master. this is not a person who ever believed.
This is a truly brilliant point. Thank you.
