Hi CharliRenee, good to see you again! Sorry I have been out of touch - broken glasses, car broke down, etc... i am very grateful for bthis amazing iPhone, but the keyboard does strain my eyes and mind at times. I'm used to a laptop in my lap...or a warm cat to pet, but I can't even afford either. Hope you are well! The topic caught my eye, and I saw your name, and just wanted to refer to scriptures, recalling Peter and Paul I believe both confirming Christians from before birth. I will try and remember to find the exact quotes, but that we are known by the Lord before time began, and those who are not yet called would not be interested in these forums, and those who are not sure, should also be assumed that they are called to the light, since those that are not, can lose their reasoning, and awareness of God. I believe that souls that are not sure, still possess the reasoning to discern, and therefore can return to God. Only God can discern souls and Paul says, "God knows those who are His.".
Even one of the worst case scenario's in the Bible, the man possessed by the Legion, unable to come to Christ on His own, Jesus was led to Him. And He recognized His redemption, and God helped Him to run to Jesus, where, even though the Legion of devil's was temporarily speaking, seemingly having control, one command of Christ, expelled them all, and the man was restored whole and sane.
The challenge of spiritual warfare that I struggle with, is learning to direct God's power against the oppressing sources and not at the person. Spiritual warfare is very dangerous and requires divine help and help from those who are experienced.
The Lord is coming to redeem the saved, find the lost, and lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of God's mercy, who call upon the Lord even in the final hour.
It would be helpful for people to post supporting scriptures.
I have come to understand that people like me who have lived on the edge of sanity and the dimmest light, are called to reach out to all souls, especially those in most need of God's mercy, which takes teamwork.
Spiritual discernment belongs to the Divine, not human intuition, for the Bible says, "judgment belongs to the Son..." (verse?)
