No they are saying it is due to many reasons. Climate change, fires, pesticides etc etc. Alot seems to be happening in the world at the moment.

Amen! Been there, done that. Prior to my conversion several years ago while still attending the Roman Catholic church, I basically saw God as a tyrant who couldn't wait to punish me every time I messed up. That is an unhealthy fear! I also lived in fear and bondage to IN-security and I was miserable! Perfect love certainly does cast out fear (1 John 4:18) and now as a believer, my fear of the Lord revolves around reverence instead of an unhealthy fear. :)

The bees are actually having a resurgence since they have targeted the pesticides and mites that were destroying the colonies.

Colonies of bees died about ten years ago but have since rebounded since scientists have figured out why it happened...there has actually been a 27% or so resurgence in bee population in the USA

Well as always it is push and pull from different groups, some need the pesticide for their crops and the scientists have been warning for years of the damage caused be the incesticide.... however no bees no pollination no plants.

Interestingly, God used that fear in my conversion.

It's a conditional statement. Remaining in the Son is conditional on the believer retaining the Word in them in continued believing.

Here it is again:

I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. 2By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. - 1 Corinthians 15:1-2

Again a complete misunderstanding of what Paul is instructing and the language he is using.

People who obsess over the "keep believing or lose your salvation" theory and relentlessly attack the OSAS doctrine seem to view salvation as "slippery grace" and make it sound like continuing to believe the gospel is a difficult burden of self effort and self preservation and seem to put little or no stock at all in God's preservation. (Psalm 37:28; Jude 1:1) Such people seem satisfied with believing that Christians all around them are losing their salvation, but that is not the case for them because they have worked so hard at preserving themselves. Now guess who gets ALL the credit for that? :rolleyes:

Amen and Amen... so happy to know that God preserves us. I give all glory and honour to Him.

Strange how they never quote this verse from Hebrews.

Hebrews 13:5-6, “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.”

We are His sheep , protected from the wolves , they try to so hard to put fear into us by their losable salvation , but our Lord and Savior says " NO , THEY ARE MINE , My Father gave them to Me \:)/.

Yes they deceitfully flip it around ... put the focus back on man.

The truth is that we are eternally saved because He never, ever leaves us!!
If he never leaves us...He never leaves us and our "will" has no place in the conversation.
