You continue to mention Matthew 11:28, where does it say that this has to do with the Sabbath, unless your are interpreting this verse to fit you distorted view. Continue reading until verse 30 it has nothing to do with the Sabbath. Not to mention, I answered you in the past to continue reading unto Matthew 12:1, right after that statement Yeshua went on the Sabbath day through the corn and his disciples were hungry and began to pluck the ears of corn and ate.
You forget to understand that Yeshua is talking to them who are at his presence, come to me all you that labour and are heavy laden and right after he said that he went on the Sabbath day through the corn, why didn't he just say the Sabbath day is not to be held. But you are too blind to see this because you are stuck with what you want to believe.

But what I asked was, How does Jeremiah 31:31-34 and Hebrews 8:8-10 NOT go along with Matthew 11:28 and Ezekiel 36:24-28??????
It does make perfect sense that if you think the Lord Jesus Christ FAILED to bring in the New Covenant that He also FAILED to fulfill the Law as well. That is an absolute errant thought but lots of people think that.
