The whole of the Old Testament is spoken of as the law, the first five books are the law books.

We are told of Christ's coming in the law (it does not say the Pentateuch or the law books) and Christ's coming fulfilled the law i.e. the Old Testament.

I hope that helps.
so you say law is done the moment Jesus starts preaching? but wait you are PS you dont even believe in the god of the OT? whats going on im confused now.

can you please send me a private message telling me exactly what do you believe.

do you believe the God who gave us the books of genesis-deuteronomy is the Father of Jesus? yes or no?

I cannot do private messaging Melach for the same reason you cannot. :)

The law ended when Christ conquered Satan and death by his resurrection. However, those who do not believe in Jesus, or accept Him as their Saviour are still under the law and are condemned by it.

Now to the Old Testament. The law books were written by Moses, or to be more accurate they were put down on paper much later by scribes in Jerusalem who got it from the oral tradition, the same as some of our ancient history has come down to us by word of mouth. They did not have pen, ink, and paper in the desert and I'm not even sure if writing had been invented back then.

Yes, I do believe in the God of the Old Testament, it was the I AM whose name on earth was Jesus. I just do not believe in the idols and false gods who they worshipped for most of the time. See Judges chapter 3 starting at verse 7.

I only wish they had followed the I AM who brought them out of Egypt, then there would not be a remnant, the whole of Israel would believe, and the world would be a lot better place. God bless you Melach, I love your humility and sense of humour.

I openly deny that The Word is that deity but in fact The only begotten Son and anointed of that Deity of who you claim is your God.

1Jn 5:5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

1Jn 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
Well honesty at last.

DCon fights on behalf of righteousness. He’s no nonsense, straightforward and aggressive, but make no mistake, he does it out of love. We see throughout Scripture Jesus does the same.
And you... as well.

Yes, I do believe in the God of the Old Testament, it was the I AM whose name on earth was Jesus. I just do not believe in the idols and false gods who they worshipped for most of the time. See Judges chapter 3 starting at verse 7.
Never fully or can comprehend why they worshipped these false Gods.
I know there were a lot of them given the religions of the time.

They even started worshipping a false god (Golden calf) whilst Moses was receiving the commandments from God.

Now I'm not a perfect Christian but part of me thinks "Wow you have seen the miraculous work of God and yet you do this"

I often have to keep myself in check because I'm quick to forget the miraculous things God has done in my life.

What I do find interesting though is that I see some grace concerning what happened.
God could have just wiped them out.

It seems like at this time God was going to consume them yet Moses interceded for them. I think based on what God had done bringing them out of Egypt.

Exodus 32:9-14
9 And the Lord said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and indeed it is a stiff-necked people!
10 Now therefore, let Me alone, that My wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation.”
11 Then Moses pleaded with the Lord his God, and said: “Lord, why does Your wrath burn hot against Your people whom You have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?
12 Why should the Egyptians speak, and say, ‘He brought them out to harm them, to kill them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth’? Turn from Your fierce wrath, and relent from this harm to Your people.
13 Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Your servants, to whom You swore by Your own self, and said to them, I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven; and all this land that I have spoken of I give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.’ ”
14 So the Lord relented from the harm which He said He would do to His people.

I have highlighted V10 because I do not quite get what is happening here.

God saying I will make of you a great nation but Moses response is in V13.

Can anyone clarify this for me?

Wondering Melach on my next tour of Europe coming up soon is Finland worth seeing?
My wife and I did a Norwegian Fjords cruise last June to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.

We are planning our next one which incorporate Norway, Finland & Iceland.

We loved Norway.
Very beautiful, scenic, clean and it felt very safe.

You seem to have missed the point.
You quoted 2 Peter 2:22 to make the famous once saved always saved suggestion that only unconverted 'sows' and 'dogs' go back to their mud and vomit. I showed you the Galatians went back to theirs. And the text clearly shows they were saved. Kind of takes the steam out of the osas argument that only unsaved, unconverted people go back to their old ways.
2 Peter 2:22
Of them the proverbs are true: “A dog returns to its vomit,” and, “A sow that is washed goes back to her wallowing in the mud.”

Pure supposition on your part, and your wrong again.

It's a reference to what you do here daily.

Proverbs 26:11
As a dog returns to his own vomit, So a fool repeats his folly.

Here's another one for you...

Proverbs 26:12
Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

A fool repeats his folly ... so true.

Thank you for this post, many do not understand scripture that is for sure.

Where does it say in Galatians that they went back to theirs?

A baby does not do any work to be born, neither does it do any work to grow, provided it feeds from the milk that is provided for it by the one who gave it life, and who feeds and succours it. Should that babe be lost to the one who gave it life, the babe in Christ is in mortal danger of its life. Otherwise, there is no work needed except to rest in the arms of Jesus.
Being born is not an act of Faith by the baby.

Really bad analogy.
